We stumbled upon this gem in the Winn Dixie shopping plaza on Bayshore and Port St Lucie Blvd by accident. We just wanted an establishment to enjoy some decent food.and a live atmosphere.
Lo and behold we walked into Los Cocos Bar and Grill and were instantly welcomed and greeted by Rose. The indoor space is a lively atmosphere with music consistently playing in the background while flavorful smells permeate the air. The menu offers a variety of dishes to select from including Caribbean and Latin cuisines. We settled for the Los Cocos drink and the goat Fritay. Yum!đđđ *Some dishes may be a little spicy for certain pallettes so do inquire.
There's an outdoor bar with a very relax vibe where live music is played on Friday nights. BTW, there's an indoor stage filled with various instruments waiting for anyone who cares to have an impromptu session.
Yes, they have happy hour M-F from 4 to 9 when drinks are half off. They also have wine wednesday, Caribbean night on Fridays, Bachata lessons, and so much more.
Bottom line, if you need an establishment to go and relax, have a drink, and dance if you wish to, this is the place to go in PSL. Ask for Rose. I highly...
Read moreI was walking by and it's hard to find in this strip mall.... recessed behind Xfinity and Metro. The food smelled divine. It's huge! Big stage playing blues music and TV screens everywhere and look at the classy tables. MAY 1ST: EDIT Okay, I have never done this before but I have an update on this place! It's called Three Tides now. Bill Clapper with Restaurant Renovations on The Food Channel went in and you can find out what changed, the show will air on MOTHER'S DAY đ!!!!!
The new name is Three Tides. So I'm going to post my new photos of the menu changes and the indoor and outdoor stages. Good Luck, they're super owners and deserve it! P.S. My edit about 6 months later: I got 100,000 views for them. That's outrageous and I went in to tell them. I brought out my phone to show them. They were very nonplussed and didn't even offer me a stinkin' free drink for the many hundreds of people I veered their way. WHATEVER. A...
Read moreThe atmosphere is always good and staff super nice but the food has been really hit or miss since itâs changed from Los Cocosâ not sure if some of the cooks have moved on or switch shifts. Out of the last three times Iâve had it over the course of a month, only one time was reminiscent of the original flavor the food used to have. This evening we ordered goat and griot and nothing in either plate had any flavor except for the plantains (salty). I donât know if there is a directive to reduce the flavors to accommodate a more universal palette-or if a cook is subbing in for the one who knows how to cook and is playing it safeâbut it would nice to get that consistent good flavor back. We defected here from Caribbean Flavors who also began to go down in quality but we may have to go back if this is the future of the flavorâ also something is up with this takeout styrofoamâ found it...
