I find it unacceptable that service dogs are not allowed. Furthermore, there is no sign indicating that service dogs are prohibited. The person who informed us was very disrespectful in both their gestures and tone. We live in a modern world where animals, especially service dogs that assist with health issues or provide emotional support, are a priority. This is a clear case of discrimination.

I'm replying below my first comment because for some strange reason, I don't have the option to respond to their rude comment.

Let me clarify that I am fully aware of what a service dog is, so much so that my pet is one. The fact that my dog is not wearing a service dog vest does not mean it isn’t a service animal, and I can prove it because I have all the proper documentation, including the identification card. Furthermore, you never asked if my pet was a service animal. The facial expressions of the gentleman who attended to us were truly unpleasant. One of my family members clearly told him that my pet is a service animal, and yet he refused to accept it.

It’s not my fault that other people, whom you referred to as ‘stupid,’ lack manners and feed their dogs from their plates. This is why it’s important to have rules or signs posted in the establishment.

We ate here last week. The place didn’t seem busy but there were a lot of pick up orders coming in. About half the restaurant was filled. I saw there was only one sushi chef working so my boyfriend and I expected a little wait time. That’s fine with us. Our waiter came by to take our drink orders as well as provide a free soup and fried appetizer. Awesome!! We thank him and order our food.

Some time goes by and we’re thinking, hmm this is taking a while. Our server shows up an additional two times with more free appetizers and apologizes for the wait. In my opinion this is definitely how long wait times should be handled. Our waiter came back frequently to fill our drinks and let us know that our food would be out soon.

And let me tell you, the rolls we had were outstanding! Beautifully plated on wooden boards and tasted fresh as can be. It was like eating art.

I own a restaurant and generally don’t leave reviews of other restaurants unless they are outstanding. My first impression walking in the door was that the owners took the time to think out the decor and everything was immaculately clean.

The menu is thorough and leaves you wanting for nothing. Once we sat down, we were greeted with a complementary appetizer that I have never experienced before. If this was the preamble to what was to come, then they have already exceeded my expectations. We started by ordering the seafood salad and rock shrimp appetizer.

The seafood salad in essence was a deconstructed sushi roll with all the best choices of fish you could ever have. The rock shrimp was cooked perfectly with a light panko crust that was golden brown and not greasy at all. We finished with the drunken noodles and the chefs presentation of sashimi.
