I am absolutely furious. I showed up 6 minutes before the drive through was closed. It was just a car in front of me and a car behind me. I waited about 30 seconds before it was my turn to pull up and order my ice cream. In the matter of waiting for five minutes, two employees had came out the back door to put trash outside. The second employee came out a second time and looked me right in my eyes with a smirk on her face and saw that it was two cars waiting in the drive through. We were both there since 10:54 and we waited until 11:10 and my order still was not taken. They never said a word to me like āone secondā or āweāll be right with youā. I have never been so upset to the point where i had to actually leave a review and i never write reviews. When i drive around to leave from the drive through, there was an employee standing right inside. This was terrible customer service. Iāve actually came here twice before and both times, my order was wrong. i will definitely be going to cold stone for my ice cream and i suggest everyone who has gone through something like this...

We waited 45 minutes then when it was our turn to order, they tell us that they are no longer doing the FREE ICE CREAM! So my family along with about 65 others were turned away. We have visited this location at least weekly if not more, since the day that they opened. Recent management change has really lowered the quality of service here. The staff has no idea of what to do. The place is dirty. Quality of the food has fallen too. A few weeks ago we visited to find someone before us had spilled a milk shake down the front of the counter. Smeared all the way down and puddled in the floor. We told the clerk and he was like "yea, I know". Did not clean it the whole time we were there. So, since we were turned away we went down the road to Burger King. Got ice cream cones and sundaes that were surprising VERY GOOD! Much more toppings for about a fourth the cost of the same DQ items. Maybe DQ will get their act together. We will not...

Line was wrapped around the building, get up to the speaker to order and the speaker isn't working so have to wait to get to the window to give order. Get to the window and the young lady taking the order was very apologetic and took or order. Then another women not sure if she is the manager or not comes over has attitude and takes my card from the girl who took my order and starts swiping my card numerous times. We sat inline for at least 40 min before getting to the window and then sat at window for 10 min for the women to say her credit card machine isn't working and there is nothing she can do... We tried to tell her we had been sitting in that line for 40 min and she wasn't going to do anything for us and she just ignored us and said there is nothing I can do for you. What awful customer service. I will not be returning to that dairy...
