Update 9/30: I finally heard back from the text message that I sent on the 26th. They let me know that they are part of the social media team and that there is actually nothing they can do to help me ensure the next couch that is delivered is not already damaged. They also did not provide me with any method of recourse, other than to let me know, itās not their responsibility.
Update 9/27: I called customer success again on Saturday 9/27 my new delivery date is scheduled for October 7. They provided me with $125 credit to cover the cost of delivery from the original order which actually amount $150.

Update 9/26: I called same day to make sure that there wasnāt some kind of error that they marked it was delivered and it wasnāt. The customer service center could not help me. Pretty sure they hung up on me. Or maybe they disconnected, but they definitely didnāt call back.
update 9/26: Bobs brought by a replacement couch. That couch was also damaged. I was told to wait until someone contacts me for new delivery.
Purchased a $2,000 couch in January (8 months ago) that is breaking under light and normal use. Backboards are exposed and nails are poking through. Ā Ā Ā Read morecouch is great, very comfy, good storage, looks cuteā¦.. the process of getting it was atrocious. it was delivered on time.. with two right side arm rests instead of a right and a left. not only that, but they severely damaged our floors. i was able to look past it, mistakes happen and we didnāt really care. customer service said weād expect the correct arm rests next week wednesday.. well never got a confirmation about that or a reply to our email about the damages. my husband had to go down to bobs, where the manager contacted customer services and got the delivery situated. we again had to send another email about the damages to customer service to which they replied āgive us 48 hours to processā well itās been 4 days and still no reply. anyway, they said it would come next thursday (today). it came.. two right sides again! iām laughably annoyed tbh. the delivery man had to call customer services and he got a date of next wednesday for the correct sides, which will be almost 4 weeks since we got it delivered in the first place. definitely would never recommend bobs, or if i did i would HIGHLY recommend picking it up yourself and never dealing with their customer service. i almost feel bad putting a one star because the sales rep was nice, the delivery drivers were nice, but main issue here is their customer service, which is very obviously a third party company to cut costs on their part. either way we got the couch 3 weeks ago and still donāt have the right arm rest or a resolution to our...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased the new Bolt sectional recliner on 9/2/2023. Buying process was great Jordan and Bryan were helpful. The delivery was terrible, I paid for the white glove treatment and got nothing of the sort. The delivery driver was throwing the boxes on my porch after unloading from the truck. The driver was so worried about us giving him 10 stars on his review, he was stepping on the packing material and it adhered to my hard wood floor causing damage. The driver was in such a hurry he did not connect the arm rest that was supposed to charge our devices. When we contacted customer service they scheduled a technician for two weeks later and then sent some parts to see if they would work. The technician arrived and did his best to figure out the problem but was only able to order a new section. After the technician left the parts arrived via Fed Ex and after some figuring out I was able to power the arm rest so we can charge our devices. Now two weeks in and the right side arm rest the usb-c port is not working and the right side is leans back when sitting in it. I am still waiting hear back regarding the damage to my floors and a refund for the so called white glove delivery. I would not recommend anyone pay for the extra delivery fee, put it together yourself....... Stay away from the new Bolt they have not gotten the bugs...
