Excellence at its best. The service is superb. The people are preeminent when it comes to the customers' assistance. It was truly an awesome experience. Here's why. In the middle of the night, our refrigerator went Kaput. Worst time possible for a refrigerator to go while everyone is asleep. When we went to the kitchen in the morning, there was a flood on the floor from the refrigerator that was very hot on the inside, which melted everything, including the freezer in which the food was melted. What a mess. We tried to get a repairman, but unfortunately, from several days up to five days is too long to wait. Finally, we got hold of one that said that he can come tomorrow sometime in the afternoon. We said great, see you then. The wife decided that we would spend the whole day looking for a refrigerator at various stores. And she wasn't kidding because that is how the whole day went. The stores were mostly out of stock, and we would have to wait about three weeks or more before a shipment would come in. The wife said that we would not wait that long for a new refrigerator. She wants one in at least within a couple of days. After going to all the stores looking for a refrigerator and being unsuccessful, there was just one last store to go to, which happened to be ABC Warehouse. When we went there, the people were very courteous, which made us feel very comfortable. We explained our situation to them and they made us feel at home, nice and relaxing. They showed us various refrigerators, and there was one that the wife really liked. They said that they would check to see if they had one in the warehouse. After checking, they said that they did have one in the warehouse. Wife, without any hesitation, immediately said that we would take it. ABC Warehouse said that they could have it delivered tomorrow afternoon sometime, and we said great. Then ABC Warehouse introduced us to the person who will be installing the icemaker, and he said that he could be at our place tomorrow. The wife is happy that we have a refrigerator and somebody who will do the necessary work. The delivery guys did an excellent service and attached the refrigerator doors once inside the kitchen because that was the only way to get the refrigerator inside. Once the refrigerator was ready to go, we removed the cellophane covering on the doors. The shelves were put in the side door. Then, the wife noticed that one of the open shelves was broken. She called ABC Warehouse and informed them that the second shelf was broken, and they said that they will call the manufacturer immediately and that the replacement shelf would be shipped promptly to us. In a few days, we received the replacement shelf, Unfortunately, the wife wasn't specific enough. She should have said the second shelf from the bottom instead of just saying the second shelf. The second shelf from the top is two half shelves (Which is what we received.), and the second shelf from the bottom is one big long shelf. She called ABC Warehouse about the mixup, and they said that they would call the manufacturer who would immediately ship us the replacement shelf. They said that if we wanted the replacement shelf right away, they will remove the shelf from the floor model for us. The wife was very happy to hear that, and she said that we would come promptly. We brought the other shelves back to them and were very happy to receive the correct replacement shelf. After several days went by, we received the replacement shelf from the manufacturer, which we immediately took to ABC Warehouse so that they could replace the shelf that they removed from the display refrigerator and everyone is Happy. When I bought this couch, I was assured that any issues would be promptly addressed and that the warranty I purchased would cover any necessary repairs. I was confident that ABC Warehouse stood behind its products and valued its customers. Unfortunately, my experience has proven to be quite the opposite.
In the first year of ownership, I noticed dents and damages on the couch that should not have occurred, especially for a product of this supposed quality. Since then, I have reached out to ABC Warehouse multiple times and visited your store in person, seeking assistance. Each time, I was met with empty promises and no real solutions.
I have filled out multiple claims with the third-party warranty provider, only to be met with further frustration. It feels as though the warranty I paid extra for was nothing more than a scam designed to extract additional money from customers without delivering the promised support. This experience has not only caused me financial strain but has also brought significant sadness and disappointment as a loyal customer who believed in your company.
I am now left with a damaged couch and no resolution in sight. This situation has taken a toll on my trust in ABC Warehouse. I request either a full refund for the couch or immediate repairs to be made to the recliner as promised.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to report my experience to the Better Business Bureau and share my story with others. I sincerely hope it does not come to that, as I would prefer to have this resolved amicably.

Read moreIf their goal was to make me regret ever shopping here, boy, they did it. DO NOT buy anything here. I made the mistake of purchasing a tv here last year because it was on sale. I also purchased an extra year warranty. Within a week of bringing the tv home, I received a voice mail on my do-not-call list cell phone, telling me the warranty on my tv was almost up (it had 2 years left), and I should give them more money to extend it. I ignored this, but received a call the very next day. I answered, explained that they were not only wrong, but my phone was on the do-not-call list. They said they didn't have to respect the do-not-call list, because I gave them my number to register the warranty. I asked them to stop calling, and the telemarketer indicated they would. Yet, I still received no less than 7 more calls over the next week, all with messages about my warranty expiring. Again, I answered an 8th call, asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told that "they don't have a do-not-call list" but would make a note. I received no calls for 4 months, before they started pouring in daily, again. All messages telling me the warranty (which had over a year and a half left) was expiring, and I should give them more money. Once again I answered after several messages, and explained it wasn't, and implored them to stop calling. I received no more calls for 6 more months (until this week). Once again, telling me the warranty (which still has a year left) was about to expire. I took the hint that they would never stop calling, and blocked all numbers associated with them.
