First of all to the people that complain, you can schedule a time. We didnt and we had absolutely no idea how much time this would take doing it correctly. It's the thing that other than money will be the most important thing. We spent hours not minutes not almost an hour but hours with Carma, sorry if I spelled it wrong, but this is exactly what a retail salesperson used to be, I'm about 55 so I remember. Nothing high pressure at all. So very knowledgable about every model. And yes, we went with the most expensive model with all the bells and whistles but everything and I mean everything was answered. I've bought cars and trucks for 3 times the cost and didnt get this level of service. I dont have the bed yet but I already sleep better knowing its coming. I will definitely update this post after we get the bed. To whoever in corporate you need to take a look at this team. I hate shopping and I hate spending money and I hate sales tactics. He showed me many options, which was certainly a BIG difference from when I purchased my first Sleep Number bed in 2003, and retiring it as soon as the new one arrives. The expense wasn't as important as the fact that I knew I needed a new bed, but also limited to the size of the base going upstairs and I already knew I couldn't get a queen size base up there.
