Brother Eric Bunch and his staff are EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. They will let you look without being harassed, or wait on you as if you're their personal friend. Its up to you. The selection is great, the prices are awesome, and they guarantee their work and jewelry, without the extra prices, like you would see at the other, big "name brand" stores. My wife likes unique jewelry, and their selection has it. Its not more of the same like the other stores as well. If you tell them what you want, and by some off chance they may not have it, they will find it for you, or create it themselves... and again, for an unbeatable price!!! I've compared prices with others, and the prices at Bunch Jewelers are substantially less than one would pay at, let's say, Jared's Galleria. So if "He went to Jared's", then he overpaid!!! What's more, the jewelry I've purchased there has appraised for double, if not triple, the amount I paid. This store is a diamond in the rough and well worth your time. Before I found them, I had a Jared account and did all my shopping there. Once I met the nice people from this FAMILY-OWNED business, I've said goodbye to Jareds and hello to Bunch's!!! Before we decided on the setting and diamond, we visited Bunch Jewelers to try on some rings and see some loose diamonds. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. The main thing we loved about our experience there was how respectful everyone was when we asked questions. We were new to looking at rings and diamonds and had a lot of “silly” questions and they answered them with grace and respect.

When we finally decided on what design we wanted, we sent pictures and a video of what we were looking to create to Eric Bunch and he made sure we were truly happy with it before it was set in stone. The setting also includes some special detail underneath.

We had been looking for a wedding band for quite a while. Results in our area were limited and expensive. I ran across one of Eric‘s videos on Facebook marketplace and was intrigued by how many wedding bands he had in stock with reasonable pricing. When I reached out to him, he immediately sent me back videos of multiple options that might work. Even though the store was two hours away from my home, it was well worth the drive. Eric’s customer service was impeccable. He worked with me until I figured out what I wanted and we should be getting my new wedding band in the mail in a couple of days. Very happy with my selection.
