I ordered a keg and paid up front a security deposit for their tap, this was through the owner herself.
I come back for the scheduled pickup time, but the cashier doesn't know how to sell me the keg or write a permit for me to take their tap. Finally they call the owner to explain, but we can't understand her. So the employee called another coworker who could actually explain it to them.
I returned the empty keg the next day, this time a different employee says they don't know how to refund my deposit. This time no help from the owner, I have to come back the next day at 5 to get my money.
I came back the next day and she left at 4:30. I still haven't gotten my security deposit, I guess it wasn't very secure.
If the owner won't train her employees, could she at least give them a heads up that she scheduled this keg? I paid hundreds of dollars, and both visits the employees acted like I was speaking a different language.
On a good note, with 2 days notice they got me a keg of delicious beer and their party tap worked perfect. No complaints on the product, just lazy ownership who won't communicate with...

However this time the owners son was there and asked me for my ID which isn’t a problem but I didn’t have my id on me because I’m never asked , however I found a pic of my id on my phone. Another gentleman walks in and the son doesn’t card him.. so I asked him why didn’t you card the gentleman.. his response was that he known him for 10 yrs which was a lie… conversations were basic and didn’t even know the man’s name.. I’ve been going to this place for a while and don’t know any of the workers personally and never got carded.. my point is this , don’t pick and choose who you want to follow the rules with… I don’t have a problem with showing ID but apply that to ALL customers.    Read moreI literally live across the street from this store and come here every week. Within 8 months absolutely nobody remembers me. Most of the workers here are very rude and always give me a hard time when it comes to carding me. Within 8 months every time I come here my ID has to be read for a minimum or 3-5 minutes. It’s almost insulting, on top of the fact that they are over priced. My cousin came here 2 weeks ago while visiting and had her temporary ID. The worker made a huge scene cause ig attention from the entire store( employees and customers) about how they don’t take temporary ID’s because they are paper.
