This is not a place you want to go to purchase a petā¦. At this point I donāt even know where to start⦠my husband purchased a pet from here and financed her. When she was around 8 months old she became very ill. We took her in and did everything in our power to save her but she sadly died of congenital liver and kidney disease. The vet bill alone, to try and save her, was approximately 5,500 dollars.
Given she was less than a year old we reached out to Furr Babies and asked them what our options were as we had barely even begun to pay the bill from financing her. They called me back a few days later and advised that because she died of a congenital disease, they owed me a āreplacement puppyā The idea alone that my puppy was replaceable was terrible in itself but the idea of continuing to pay for an animal we no longer had was no better.
We ultimately decided to proceed forward with getting another puppy. We barely had her a week when she had to go in for what the doctor believed to be kennel cough/bronchitis. Of course this happened over a weekend when their preferred vet was not open, so I made the choice to take her in to the after hours clinic. Another 1,000 dollars in vet bills under my belt.
I again reached out to Furr babies and explained what happened and asked them to cover the visit as it fell within the 30 day warranty. I was advised they would send my invoice to the owner and let me Know what he says.
In the mean time they did offer for me to bring her in for breathing treatments to only try and tell me that perhaps I jumped the gun (a certified vet did not seem to agree with this statement) on taking her in and next time I should call them for advice prior to making that decision.
I asked if they were open at 5am when I had to make that choice and questioned if they felt their knowledge was more reliable than a vets as they are not to my knowledge certified.
They of course told me that they had more experience that I did with this type of stuff and could have assisted in deciding if she needed to go in. I reminded her again that I just had a dog, from them, pass away and asked how I would seek medical advice from them when they were not even open.
I took my puppy in for a week to get breathing treatments and asked everyday to try to get updates from them as I hadnāt heard much other than they were going to talk with the owner. Each time it was told they were waiting on him to come in.
I have asked on several occasions for the owner to contact me and he either refuses to do so or just doesnāt give a damn about his customers as he has made no attempt to contact me regarding this situation.
I finally received a message from his staff back on Nov 6 advising he reviewed my statement and was only able to reimburse 35 dollars.ā¦.35 dollars is what he offered after giving me two sick puppies. They stated his reasoning was because I went to a vet they were not affiliated with. I questioned again how I was to do this when the one they are affiliated with WAS NOT OPEN. I told them it was ridiculous to offer me 35 dollars given everything that has happened and that I was asking that they cover the 1,000 for the recent bill.
I of course was told they needed to converse with their owner and would get back to me. This all started back in October and we are now almost to the end of November and he STILL has not reached out himself nor do I have any...

Dear Fury Babies Puppies Shop Management,
I am writing to address a significant issue that has arisen from my recent purchase at your establishment. On September of 2023, I purchased a dog from your shop under the representation that it was a French bulldog. I paid $3,000 for this dog, expecting it to come with the Original AKC documentation, which is standard for such a purchase. However, it is now December of 2023, and I have yet to receive the necessary paperwork for the dog I acquired from Fury Babies Puppies.
Furthermore, upon further examination and consultation with a professional, it has become apparent that the dog I purchased is not a French bulldog as represented at the time of sale. This misrepresentation of the breed is a significant breach of the contract. The fact that the dog was sold to me without the required Original AKC documentation only adds to the severity of the situation. This transaction has been nothing short of fraudulent, and I am deeply troubled by the lack of integrity displayed in this matter.
As a consumer, I entered into a contract with Fury Babies Puppies shop with the expectation that I would receive a purebred French bulldog along with the appropriate documentation. However, the product I received and the lack of documentation are in direct violation of the terms of our agreement. I am disappointed and unsettled by the dishonesty and lack of transparency displayed throughout this transaction.
In light of these circumstances, I am formally requesting that Fury Babies Puppies shop takes immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect to receive the Original AKC documentation for the dog I purchased as well as restitution for the misrepresentation and violation of our contract. Furthermore, I urge your establishment to take responsibility for this breach of trust and provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
Please consider this review as a formal notice of my intent to pursue all available avenues to address this matter if it is not resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. I trust that Fury Babies Puppies shop will take the appropriate steps to rectify this situation and uphold the standards of honesty and integrity that are expected from a reputable business.
I anticipate your prompt attention to this matter and request a response within a reasonable timeframe to discuss the necessary steps for resolving this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter, and I look forward to a swift and satisfactory...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in there just to see exactly what the "store" was all about. I am a huge animal lover and have had dogs and cats my entire life not to mention fish and reptiles. What is wrong with people not seeing how wrong this is??!! I thought stores that sold puppies and dogs were not even allowed. Well, they definitely should not be!! I walked in and not one person even greeted me. Nobody. Nice customer service. Then, went to one of the many cribs... CRIBS. where they had 3 large breed puppies all in one crib. One Rottweiler, one Golden Retriever, and one Bassett Hound. First, the Rottweiler and Retriever were not the 8 or 10 week old puppy age/size. They were more around 4 to 5 months old size. So, cramped in their "crib". The Rottweiler looked agitated and miserable and the Retriever just layed there with no reaction whatsoever. The Basset Hound was a younger puppy and still had some "life" in him. A girl came around still never acknowledged me and took a pitcher of water and poured a very small amount of water in the one bowl that they ALL 3 shared. All 3 dogs jumped up and glued themselves to the water ravenously drinking up any drop they could get. This is a very bad situation for dogs especially larger breeds. But, really any breed. I had to leave because I was sickened and sad to see such sadness. Should not be allowed to sell dogs like they are a material item in a retail shop ... exactly what this is!!! True dog lovers and good/ethical breeders are doing this the 'right' way with room for exercise, socialization, feeding, and plenty of SPACE... Not just for money. Dogs are not clothing to be sold in a...
