We ordered $70 worth of food tonight from the new Portage location. They didn't include all of our order when we received it and called in to ask about it, they said they did. The girl on the phone told my wife that the person who packed my order said they included it so insinuating we are lying. My wife asked if we could just have the parts of our order that were missing or even get refunded to our card. She said she can't do anything except take our info and we can get it another time. Which doesn't help us at all right now. My wife asked to talk to her manager and she said they're really busy so no. She will talk to her in the morning. I asked for the manager to call me back tonight and she hung up on me. Were super disappointed in this customer service and we were disappointed to not receive our whole meal that we payed for.
