I made the mistake of buying a bed and mattress from here. When I walked in the door the employee garunteed me next day delivery it. They came a day late with only the frame which was broken, drawers warped and one was broken to the point it fell on my foot upon opening it. They tried to tell me they wouldn’t bring the bed pillows and bunkie board until the next day. I threw a fit because I had already thrown my mattress out in the mud. I was told they were out of stock of so much.never once did we hear about this before they came they should’ve delayed the delivery. So they sent me a more firm more expensive mattress for the ‘inconvenience’ I didn’t want a different bed. I was upset over the whole ordeal and wanted a discount over anything for the inconvenience. I was told they couldn’t because they gave me a more expensive bed that I didn’t want. They knew I didn’t want this mattress they made me take because ‘mine was out of stock’ and would be in tomorrow. They made me use my frame with out the bunkie board which can damage the brand new frame and mattress (which it did once the drivers removed the bed we seen it had warped the frame) and told me they would deliver the pillows and bunkie board tomorrow and swap out the broken foot board. The bed I ordered and tested at the store was a medium soft bed with a pillow top good for mine and my husbands back. The more expensive one they sent is very stif, no pillow top. I took the thick plastic off the bed to sleep. Drivers get here at 11:30 am with the new foot board BUT leave with the old foot board and new one by noon. I call the owner who is angry at me for taking the plastic off but tells me they will be back from 3-5 with my mattress bunkie board and pillows. They wanted me to put the plastic back on and my husband and I are physically unable to lift the bed and do so, which they knew so the driver refused to give me the bed I ordered. Even though the plastic was there and we ‘paid for set up and delivery’. They at this point had not brought in the bunkie board and said they didn’t have it or the pillows on the order. I stated I didn’t want any of it if I’m not getting if I’m not getting what I paid for and denied the delivery. Told them to take it all back the drivers argued with me and left the house, screamed in front of my toddler that it wasn’t his job. I never even signed the delivery invoice. Their drivers REFUSED to take it, and then threw my bunkie board in the yard covered in snow and mud. Now the owner is arguing with me telling me it’s my fault for taking the cover off, who wants to sleep on hard thick plastic? Saying he will give me the mattress I ordered if my physically unable husband and I put the cover back on but during normal business hours? But their driver left my home after hours?They left my home at 8 pm (they were already closed and horribly late from what they were supposed to be.) The frame they left is busted, the drawers are warped and wobbles and that’s that they brought this new one today! It’s still trash! The mattress is so stiff my back has been locked up all day and they want to force me to keep it. We are removing it to deny the delivery tonight and fighting this, we luckily have cameras and lots of evidence from going back and fourth with the owner. Save yourself a headache,...
