Twice. Twice we scheduled a Armoire/Entertainment center to be picked up. Both times we specified it was a heavy item in our basement. The first time, the mover knocked lightly and did not ring the doorbell, left a note we missed him. Without calling. Didn’t have trouble calling to let us know he was 20 minutes out. We. Were. Home. So, I called back and arranged to have them come AGAIN. And AGAIN specified a heavy armoire in the basement. Well once again “Dennis” calls ahead 20 minutes. Funny how he didn’t lose that number.
