BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Portage

Got coupons from this location last week only to be told that they don’t even work at this store; I’d have to go to Lansing to use them. Then, he insisted that I did not get the coupons from them and he was treating me as if I were lying to him. I haven’t left the city in over a month so there’s no way for me to obtain them elsewhere. I only go to this location and the one on stadium by campus. The older man at the drive thru seems very not understanding and made me feel stupid. While talking to me he would make rude facial expressions. Extremely disappointed because I come here most days out of the week.

Update: Found out from another location that his name is Raj and that my coupons should be honored at all locations (so this one included). So he was being rude and gave me a hassle for no reason. Will not be coming back unless he...

I visited this biggby on south westnedge in portage mi on veterans day 2022. I was treated with so much respect & honor. Thank you for supporting veterans! They even gave my son, who is not a veteran a free coffee, plus a coupon for me to get a specialty drink. I believe it may have been the owner of this franchise, so he would have had that authority to make that decision. Just wanted to let you know, you made my day & I'm very appreciative of what you did. It may have been just a coffee, but it is those little things that mean more!! Thank you again for your support!! I went there this morning at like 6:50/7 am ish, I just moved here from a smaller area and the girls this morning were great. My sandwhich was cut in half?? I don’t know if that’s a bigby standard or if my location back home was lacking but I was AMAZED by that. And my mock tail tasted different than usual, which is outstanding it’s so much better than my normal location. The 2 girls that were working did so well with making my items and I’m definitely coming back.
