For the record, I do want to state that I did NOT purchase my TV from this location. I was trying to post this review on Vizio's website, but there was no review section for me to post to, and every review on their site was giving them praise as if no one has EVER had a bad experience with a Vizio product, so this was my next option.
On March 29, 2025, I purchased my TV from a Wal-Mart store in Oswego, IL, because that is where I live. Needless to say, literally 90 days later on June 29, 2025, my TV decided that it didn't want to turn back on. I have watched every YouTube channel you can think of to troubleshoot things. Nothing worked. So, I decided to call tech support. I did everything she told me to do, which was the same as all the YouTube videos, still nothing. Now the tech support lady said that they would have to put in a ticket for me to get a refund because they don't have any in stock to replace this one. Now, the problem is, I can't find the receipt or manual, which I never throw things like that away, especially when it comes to electronics, but I do remember the day I purchased it, where I purchased it at, and how much I paid for it, and I am not sure if providing them with the purchase from my bank statement will be good enough since that was the only purchase I made that day. Cause who has money to just be throwing away? Not this girl.
I bought a TV from Walmart almost 10 years ago that still works, and I have also bought a TV from a pawn shop about 8 years ago that still works. And those were different brands. But I buy this and it stops working literally 90 days after purchase. Don't get me wrong, the audio and picture quality was amazing, but to just stop working out of nowhere, that's crazy work. Just know, I have NEVER been so disappointed in a TV in all my life. Now I say all that to say this, I WILL NOT be purchasing another Vizio TV EVER again. Especially if I don't get ALL my money back.
Edited: So, just received a call from Vizio support and they can't use the bank statement as proof of purchase, even though it matched everything I told them; however, they are going to refund me the MSRP price. Now I have to go buy another TV from...
Read morePeople here are nice but it took way too long to get loaded. No 10-hour breaks allowed. I had 2 phone numbers for this place and neither worked AT ALL. You have access to a real restroom and vending machine here. I did NOT have to do the thing where i write down info about each pallet(as i've done in the past here) that goes into the trailer on a paper template they give me because this shipment was going to a Walmart facility, walmart acquired vizio in December 2024.
Here are time stamps for my visit:

Read moreSo in order for me to get loaded I have to witness loading process and now if in case of any claims and charges I have to take that responsibility even tho the lumpers are the ones who are supposed to get it right way from get go. Afterwards at delivery and unloading process in case they have to claim it, will it be on me ? Per shipper - Yes it will. This is Vizio loading policy that per specific cargo hauls like the one that we've get now - driver has to witness it. Matter of fact, lumper drive so unsafe ! And you have literally to sit next to them, now they pull and push the product like its nothing, and then its damaged and wreked. I decided not to go with it since I knew there is a huge change to have a claim. Plus you can't even make pictures of...
