We had no pleasure stopping at this Starbucks. Terribly dirty, bathroom looked like the toliet overflowed but no one actually mopped the floors- there was wet toliet paper everywhere - I wasn't able to force myself to use the bathroom. Instead of cleaning the bathroom, there was just a "Wet Floor" sign put up. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she told the manager who went to look at it briefly. After looking at the bathroom, I overheard the manager come out and tell all the baristas it was fine. When I asked the manager if she considered that clean see replied, "no, no, we are getting a mop bucket with soap right now". I am positive if I wouldn't have brought it to their attention the second time, it wouldn't have been cleaned. The main entry floor was flighty as well and garbage cans overflowing. The aprons of the baristas were very dirty which made me feel uneasy about the drink I was ordering. I usually go to Starbucks to relax and know that the facility will be clean and comfortable but this experience was very...
Read moreToday is 11/11/20. Porter co, as the rest of the world, is seeing a monumental surge in covid. Now it's funny, we earlier on knew to have the person attending to cash at the drive up window, not also have their hands on your food/beverage... Now that person handles cash from hundreds of people and hands your drink out with their fingertips holding the cup from the top, exact where you will be drinking from. Flat out ignorant. The masks may or may not help. Who really knows?! But I guarandamntee you hands transfer germs, bacteria and viruses more than anything else in your daily travels. Come on starbucks set a better example...
Read moreMy “think she’s grown” 9-year-old received a Starbucks gift card for Christmas and has tried one drink. Today, she wanted to try a different drink from her usual Cookie Crumble Mocha so I ordered it. However, when I got to the window, the kind, concerned young lady named Kaylee warned me that the particular drink she selected would be too much for someone her age. I took heed to Kaylee’s warning and changed the drink immediately. I know absolutely nothing about coffee and I appreciate her being concerned for my child. Of course my daughter was upset and said Kaylee should have minded her own business, but that’s to be expected of a sassy 9-year-old. I on the other hand, am glad and hope she continues to warn other unsuspecting parents such as myself. Hats...
