The manager deserves to be disciplined for threatening that young man's job in front of a lobby full of guest and all employees.. very unprofessional... The manager and team lead needs to be disciplined, further actions should be taken and how they chose to talk to the employee who made an honest mistake. She can make the drink and take it out to my husband. I tell her its just a LG cooler with blueberries and wild cherry. She immediately then tells me they basically only have pop. If I wanted a coke I'd go next door to mcdonalds!? The point that had me livid was how did they sit there and stare at my husband sitting in that curbside spot and not at least go out there to see if he had placed an order, knowing they weren't getting them electronically? They assisted the group of young teenagers I brought in on a bus trip, many of whom were likely away from their parents for the first time and were understandably nervous about ordering.
Sam showed exceptional patience and care, guiding each teen through the ordering process with clarity and kindness. They ensured that every order was understood correctly and made the experience much more comfortable for the group.
