I placed our order through the app and came inside to eat. Was myself, fiance, and 2 kids. They messed up our order to Starr, had to ask for 2 more cups and the the cinnamon twists that came in the $5 boxes. The chalupas (which I was really wanting) were hard and stale, very hard to bite or chew. The tacos were all broke. The burritos had sour cream though we asked for none. Every order that was picked up and some in drive-thru who parked and came in, were wrong. You heard the employees almost every order saying things like I know I made that, oh well they will come back for it. They were also bickering back and forth most of the time we were there, so loudly and often my kids even commented on it. Every table was dirty. There was no one else eating in the lobby and there was plenty of staff, so not entirely sure why the tables hadn't been wiped down. If I wasn't so tired and wanting to just get kids fed and back on the road, I would of given them back their food and asked for a refund. I could not believe the amount of mistakes that were made, the lack of care for what they are serving to paying customers, and the lack of any type of professionalism. At one point a customer was laying through the shelf that is where app orders and placed for pick up.. arm pits and all. Nothing was said, nor was it cleaned after.
I truly hope the manager sees this and makes the changes needed, and teaches the staff how to conduct business and speak to each other more professionally, and not so the entire place can hear every work. They knew they were messing orders up left and right and honestly...
Read moreThe only thing that was decent about my experience here was the food itself. Mind you I said decent. Let's start from the top. How do you read a menu board at night with the light off? Got through the ordering phase and waited. Waited. Waited. Didn't know it was that difficult to prepare some tacos. Especially when you're the only car in the drive thru. Get my order and what's in the bag? Not my entire order and none of the sauce I asked for. Called 3 times to tell them I didn't get my complete order and nobody answers until the 3rd attempt. I get told to come back and they will replace my missing items so I do. Pull into the drive thru and tell them I had called about missing items and instead of saying sure pull up or asking about the missing items the manager of all people decides she wanted to argue with me over if I called the right location as she did not speak to me. And then to top it off she decides to scrutinize my receipt to validate it was actually ordered there... It's stamped with the location. And of course she had to talk to everyone on the crew to find out if someone spoke to us before she ever asked what was missing. Long story longer I waited another 15 minutes to get my 3, yes 3, missing items. Thank you...
Read moreI ordered my meal 2 chicken chalupa's with nacho cheese meal before I had to work. They gave me wrong food that I ordered, when i got to work. I called and explained the situation and the manager was nice to me and took my name down so when I came back i can get what I ordered which was great. I went their next day figured i should before they forgot or too much time has past. I explained to drive thur employee the situation and had receipt as proof, only thing was i didn't get the manager's name. They agreed to give me the right order but when i started to eat my food the side taco hard shell tasted sour and lettuce on chicken chalupa's was very old and tasted nasty. I ate their plenty of times and with that same order, had to been done on purpose. Some employee's there are very forgetful as well. No point calling and going through...
