Hate to do this, but I really don't recommend coming here.
The cleanliness? Disgusting. Seats had all sorts of food debris, grease, and ick. The table wasn't even wiped down. We picked up the standalone cardstock promotion on the table, and it ripped off the bottom as if it had been sitting in sticky stuff for weeks. Red sauce was on the table, so I wiped it up and told my family not to eat in that area. My silverware was also gross. I went to wipe my fork off with a napkin, and there was still residue and a couple metal shavings that came off.
The food? Meh. There were 5 of us, and the total was about $100. For that price, we should've gone to a steakhouse.
To be very honest, I couldn't even give a full review of the food because the waitress messed up our order so badly! There were 5 of us, and she brought out the wrong food to 3 of us. Yikes!
1 ordered the fish sandwich, which actually looked good out of everything
1 ordered a cheeseburger, and it seemed good, too
2 of us ordered the turkey smash sandwich thing. The waitress brought us turkey gyros...I had a feeling it didn't look right. To make sure I wasn't dreaming, I walked over to the bar area to grab a menu. Sure enough, this is not what we ordered. I informed her, and she apologized and said she'd bring out the correct sandwiches.
Lastly, I ordered the Kentucky Bourbon double stack burger. She brought me what I believe was the cheese curd burger. I told her about it, and she again apologized and brought me the correct burger. However, the Kentucky Bourbon sauce and glazed onions were missing. At that point, I just wanted to eat and get out of there.
We also ordered BBQ sauce & Garlic Parm sauce. We weren't told they would cost $1 extra, per sauce. I didn't appreciate not being told they cost extra.
All in all, the food was mediocre. I would've rather spent that money at Culver's for better food. The cleanliness was horrific. The only thing the server has going for her is that she was nice.
If you remember coming here when the cars were on the wall and the car lift was inside, you'd be disappointed to know those displays are no longer there.
Sorry, but we're not coming back, and I don't recommend you...
Read moreWe are on a road trip from Texas and stopped here because it is not something we have in the south. We saw the claim of being voted “best wings in America” so figured we would give it a shot rather than going to LongHorn Steakhouse since we have those in Texas.
The service was horrible. They were short staffed due to Covid, we totally understand that. But between us and the other 4 tables that were seated, the three servers should have been able to assist us. Our waitress took our order and left. We didn’t see anyone for about 18 minutes and THEN got our two waters and one kids milk. We had previously asked for an alcoholic beverages menu and never received that either. We got our food about 5 minutes after our drinks with no silverware. I ordered a medium steak to be safe, although I prefer medium rare, broccoli and baked potato. The steak was so undercooked I could barely eat it and was of poor quality and super thin to begin with. The broccoli was barely cooked and had no semblance of seasoning on it. Might as well have been raw. The baked potato was hard and undercooked as well.
We ordered boneless wings in Arizona Ranch and hot. These were some of the worst wings we have ever tasted. The ranch is gross, what kind of wings place doesn’t make their own ranch? The “hot” weren’t hot at all and tasted like plain tobasco.
Our son ordered kids grilled chicken and fries. The fries had ZERO salt and the chicken was so plain with no seasoning that he didn’t want to eat it.
The waitress NEVER returned after bringing the silverware she forgot to get us. We NEVER got to order drinks after we asked for a drink menu and we watched her walk back and forth and glance our way but never come over. She was not busy, there was almost no one there. We ended up having to get up to go find her to pay. We left and went to longhorn.
We are NOT complainers normally. This...
Read moreWe made a stop here on our way home from Chicago. The appetizer of the like loaded spuds was decent, the potato wedges could have cooked a little more and the toppings should have made it on top before all the cheese melted so it stuck to the cheese and wasn't falling off while eating them. I ordered the chicken tenders, and they were salty. I got the garlic parm sauce and it was not to my liking, wasn't like normal garlic parm, I wouldn't get that sauce again. My onion rings were good. I was happy that our lunch came out HOT but our app was a little luke warm and like I said the potatoes weren't cooked all the way through. My husband did like his burger that he ordered. I think the next time I come back I would try a burger over getting what I had ordered. We have been here a long while back ago when we went to bass pro and didn't mind it then, so I would come back and try something different again. It was freezing in the store, I think, so I wasn't fully comfortable while eating, but it wasn't super busy which was good. We did have a mix up with our server when we first walked in, but that didn't affect too much. We did come with our friends and their kids, and glad we checked receipts after telling our waitress who was on what check because we would have paid wrong. Otherwise, I would come back again sometime and try something new. Hopefully have a little better service as well. ...
