I hate to ruin these five star reviews lol. I went in the other day and was racially profiled. This was my first time at this store and my last time. Some lady had greeted me which was off to a good start. She asked if I needed assistance and I explained to her what I was there for, so she showed me where the jewelry was at. She left me alone to look. Maybe three minutes in, another lady saw me holding these cyan colored earrings. She was younger, maybe 25 years. She asked if I liked them and I said absolutely. She then said, “Well, they’re VERY expensive”. weird comment but I knew where this was headed, as a young Mexican girl. I went around the table to look at the other section of earrings and she followed closely behind, watching me like a hawk. I ended up buying those earrings just so I bought something and not have left with anything and having to worry that she was going to ask me to empty out my pockets, it’s humiliating. I have been in that uncomfortable situation too many times to not know when someone is a racist and racially profiling me or others. I did not have any problems with any other worker or the...

Very friendly folks but I was a little off put by the way the staff approached me constantly asking me if I needed help. Wherever I was, someone would appear and ask if we are finding everything alright. It almost felt like they kept checking up on me as if I was going to steal? Everything I looked at was good quality, and I am glad I finally found the baby wranglers, boots and girls jeans I wanted...

Very friendly and attentive staff.. excellent customer service. Very nice selection of hats boots and shirts. Did I mention very friendly, I saw at least 6 people come who were called by first name when they walked through the door. I was in Clovis on business , this is definitely a hidden gem
