I understand there are corporate policies but I ordered my table and chairs online. A leg broke and in order to get a free replacement I have to go through an online process rather than just call my local Ashleyâs store to take care of the issue. Somehow they arenât really tied together so my home store can order the part but I have to pay a minimal price. Other than the rant the staff at my local Ashleyâs was super helpful!
So I felt it only fair that I update everyone on our local Ashleyâs store. I was contacted by phone by a manager who explained the process which is frustrating to them as well. To keep this post a little short, keep local money local. If you see something on the Ashleyâs website put it in your cart and take it to the store. They will honor the price and can order it here for you. If there are issues with your order they can handle it directly and wonât have the middle man (corporate) to deal with.    Read moreI just want to start out by saying the sales associate that I talked to was very helpful. However, Iâm very grossed out by the business itself. Iâve had my eye on a furniture set for a bit now, but was hesitant to pay that much for it because I have two little boys and the couch and ottoman are white. I went in on Friday, 3/4/22 and took a picture of everything to show my husband, look back on and think about. Since I was a returning customer, I got invited to a âsecret saleâ taking place on 3/10/22. I went back in today (3/9/22) to look at it in person one more time before I decided whether or not I would purchase it on the sale day. In less than a week and the day before their âsaleâ the price has gone up over $1000. Why have a sale at all if youâre just going to pull something like that? You can say itâs just a natural price increase or whatever else you want to try, but thatâs not something that happens the day before a sale like that unintentionally. We were looking for a mattress, and she was helpful in showing us various items. While we were there, we spotted a new 'Cadillac' style of loveseat and fell in love with it.
We came back a few days later and purchased a mattress and also the new loveseat!
When delivery came, she came with the truck and made sure the couch and mattress into our motorhome (not an easy feat!!)! She stayed until we were satisfied!
