They are cheap I will give then that. They're fast and very friendly! The quality of the nails are a bit sloppy. The sides are painted on some . Last visit the lady sand drilled all my edges AFTER they were completely finished. So the edges were just white. Then there was so many layers it never fully dried. I only had black with glitter. She messed up and put a matte finish instead of shiny gloss. Then added gloss. For a while a few nails were like water beds. I thought it would dry eventually. Not quite. The polish ended up peeling about 2 weeks later and had black gooey polish underneath. Knowing they charge to fix their work. I pealed it and just did black. Also because they file a lot of your nails on the whole top layer before adding Acrylic the chemicals soak into your nails to your skin. I thought that was odd and later told by my old beautician who's retired, that is NOT professional or safe. Both my thumb nails got a bacterial infection under the Acrylic layer turning my actual nails green. Usually it happens if you have trama to your top layer nail platelets but this was due to the chemicals and undried underneath being the trama. Will not go back. EVER. Things are not the same. I've been going there for over 5 years, and yesterday was a big shock. Hadn't been in there in 4 months. The shop has no ac, and the shop was just in disarray. I witnessed the individuals hold a 10 year old girl ransom for close to an hour because the mother couldn't figure out the payment method. I'm usually a big tip guy, there was three of us and planned on giving a decent tip because it was the end of the day. But that went out the window when one of the employees was clamping my wife's legs down until she paid. I had to intervene to get this individual away from my wife. I had to talk to the manager on the phone just to end the harassment so we could get out of there.

I ended up calling police and requested a welfare check. I myself, along with another individual who was with us, are currently law enforcement officers, so it was more than necessary to stand by until police or the mother arrived to pay so the little girl could leave.

So i woukd have given more stars BUT i was THAT unhappy mith my nails. Went in for a SUPER simple full set ONE COLOR (nude) and got them SHORT one nail was crooked the rest were streaky and bumpy not to mwnrion the acrylic wasn't laid to peefection so i have parts of my acrual nail beds exposed THATS NOT EVEN WORTH A DAMNED STAR IN MY OPINION

Also got my feet done lwt me just say I LOVED THIS PART OF MY VISIT! Toes matched my nails, and the lady was super sweet/gentle/patient with me (im super freaggin ticklish) the massage was amazing and i loved everything about it!

Also: Took mt mother in law to get her nails done and the older man worked with her I'm not sure how her experience was but i loved how amazing her nails came out so i wanna give all the stairs to the older woman that did my feet and the older gent tnat rook care of my...
