Mattress Firm Porterville — Hotel in Porterville

I am not one to reward someone for something that is expected. It's when someone goes beyond what's expected, that a thanks or a complimentary jester is required. This review request showed up on my phone. So seeing that this is not going to take any effort on my part, I will accommodate Mattress Firm and tell you about my experience.

Justin Allen approached my wife and I as soon as we walked in the door. I do not like sales people in my face. I made that known as soon as Justin opened his mouth. Justin ignored my comments and redirected his conversation with my wife. Non offensively and actually very cordially. Justin continued to address me and my wife as I continued to not budge on my distaste for his conversation. Justin continued to work, regardless of my ill-mannered behavior.

All in all if I were to hire someone to represent me and my company, I would highly recommend Justin. He was not swayed by me and he stayed professional all the way through the transaction. Even allowing us to leave the premises to consider our options.

I purchased a mattress here several years ago. I had a special pillow that I’ve had for a long time that was really good. Well something happened to it and I needed a new one and I went to the Porterville store went in. The gentleman was on the phone and he told me he would be with me in a minute that was fine. I wanted to see all the pillows he had. I went and checked them all out and actually did it a second time because I wanted to make sure of what I was getting.. When I was ready, he was ready and he had to go see if they had the pillow I wanted, he couldn’t find it, but there was one very similar. That actually was my second choice and brought it up. He said if I took it and it wasn’t right to bring it back and he’d replace it. I’d like to say that he was polite, knowledgeable, and open. I bought the pillow. I’ve slept on it two nights now and it’s pretty good. I did sleep well on it. The salesman was open to talking to me about what I wanted and why and explain things to me. His attitude was wonderful. It was the same thing when I came before and that’s why...

We love the mattress but Google needs to update their maps as we are in a new Community “Royal Oaks which doesn’t yet exist after 2 yrs already since first homes built. In lieu of this we explained This challenge to our wonderful sales representative “Justin who made specific notes in the system to assure delivery drivers would be able to deliver to us. We received call from delivery driver(s) stating they were on Oak st. across town. I asked them if they had an iPhone and told them to use the maps app. and not google and they finally arrived and did a wonderful job installing are bed.
