Store is fine but the choice of help they have hired is to be questioned. Jayjay I believe is his name and works nights on 3/18/23 I went in and simply asked him about his policy on checking IDs for alcohol sales. And didn't know he was going to come unglued on me and turned very combatant. He went from 0 -100 mph with a single question. Very unprofessional I was in no way being rude but I was entitled to ask what store policy was on alcohol sales . Having worked for Richard Zenze at sunrise mini marts back in the day I'm no stranger to customer service but someone needs to explain his actions and attitudes are running off customers who would normally be trading there. I will not go back to that store as long as he is behind the counter. That's how bad he got. He s a young kid with 2 faces one for his bosses and other for customers who don't challenge him. Read moreI don't know what's up with one of the guy's that works the early am shift!? The last 3 times I've been there around 3am (today at 3:45am 4/5/20) he has the doors locked when he "mops". Each time he sees me at the door and just looks at me, one time he was even laughing while ducking in and out of an isle. Apparently I'm not the only one he does this too, because I ask about it when I have to go to the one on Newcomb, and they get the same complaints about this guy. If you're going to have the lights on and say you're a 24hr store you'd think the door would be open. Or make a sign that says "open 23hrs a day, closed for mopping".
