I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment that I feel compelled to share. I placed an online order, anticipating a smooth and enjoyable meal, only to arrive and discover that my order had not been received by the restaurant. I promptly provided them with my confirmation email and the corresponding bank statement, which clearly indicated that my payment had been processed. However, this evidence seemed to carry little weight, and I was left empty-handed and frustrated.

What added to my disappointment was the apparent lack of communication among the staff. My confirmation email was passed around to multiple people—at least eight that I could count—yet no one could offer a satisfactory resolution or explanation for the mix-up. Instead of receiving the help I needed, my phone number was treated like a plaything, being shuffled around without any real attempt to resolve the issue. The last person I spoke with assured me they would take down my information and follow up, but that promise went unfulfilled. It’s been quite some time and, regrettably, I have yet to hear back. (I’m still waiting 2025)

To make matters worse, my overall experience highlighted the decline in service and quality at this location. It used to be a place known for its fresh offerings and attentive service, but it seems to have lost its touch over the years. The food no longer meets the standards I once associated with this establishment, and my latest visit was a stark reminder of how far it has fallen.

It is disheartening to have spent my money on food I never received, and I cannot recommend this place to others. I believe potential customers should be aware of my experience and consider spending their money elsewhere, where they might receive both the food and service...

This place is great. Huge sushi menu, quick service, and really big pieces of fish in the classic rolls. They make some unexpected choices--the classic rolls (salmon roll, tuna roll, etc) is fish, rice and nori, nothing else. I don't know enough to say if that's more traditional, but it's not something I've seen elsewhere. My preference is that they have at least some avocado in them, maybe a little cucumber to fill it out, but it IS pretty fun to get a roll THAT packed with chunks of fish. Speaking of, the fish is always perfectly chilled--that ideal sushi temperature of not not cold but not warm; having had warm raw fish from a sushi place before, it really deserves to be commented on.

I would say the specialty rolls are the real appeal of Habi. They have a mango roll that's one've the most delightfully unique rolls I've ever had, and the longer you look at the menu the more cool, borderline over the top things...

Not good at all very disappointed 😕 started to gagg when I tried the flaming lobster sushi. I got it because it looked so cool on fire when coming out.. then I took a bite and it almost tastes like it had chemicals in it and definitely NOT fresh seafood/sushi.. Do you guys freeze your sushi?! I wasn't the only one at the table disappointed. We need Gordon Ramsey up in dis building!! Everything else we ordered was definitely mediocre/bland/nolove.. and sadly panda has tasted better.. and i dont like panda. We were forcing it down because of what we were paying and didn't want to be rude to the nice waiter when she asked if it was good.. 🤢 They need better cooks to match the ambiance of the place and they will be set. There is potential, its all about the cooks and freshness. Maybe people in this town don't know good sushi im surprised of all the good reviews. Hmm.. hopefully it was a bad day for them...

Habi was always our go-to. But the last time my mom ordered some to bring us to-go, they totally got her order wrong. They gave her regular salmon hand rolls instead of spicy ones. When she was explaining on the phone to the "boss' that there was no spicy sauce, and also the salmon that was in there had a lot of white stringy tissue, they weren't nice about it. The boss kept saying "that's how it is if you order a salmon roll". Yes. But we ordered spicy salmon. Not a regular salmon. And the salmon inside was not good quality. They said to bring it back to show them but like, we already were home 20 mins away by that time. lol. A simple apology would have made all the difference. It kills me to leave a bad review because the food here is usually super good. But this time the customer service really soured our view. :(

Great sushi! The appetizers and hot sake were great too! We had the Monte Carlo, Super Crunch, Caterpillar, and Monster Crunch rolls. They were all amazing, but the Monte Carlo and Caterpillar rolls were stellar. The sake was hot even by the third cup. Thr agedashi tofu was crunchy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The fried calamari was the perfect crispness and tender. The atmosphere was a little casual with a lot of TVs around, but the food and service were top knotch!

We always love this place. Service is always great, food is always great. Today we stayed longer visiting with a friend after our meal and the waitress surprised us by bringing out this adorable treat (made from oranges and whipped cream) for our kids so they would have fun while the grown ups were talking. It was such a sweet gesture and made the kids so happy. Thank you to the artist/chef and waitress for making our family feel extra special!
