I use to love Aarons, have used them since 2003 or 2004 in Washington State, but I'm very upset and irritated , I am buying a side by side with a screen on the fridge door and I fell in love with it . I called the 5th or 6th to tell them that it wasn't working first it was just the freezer and then the fridge both were at 61 and 64 degrees before I realized it wasn't working. And yes I purchased the monthly thing to make sure it got fixed. I'm a widow, 67, on a fixed income and went through Aaron's because I trusted them. None of my emails have been answered . They gave me a phone number to call for the repair me to call really , it was a Wyoming number, the person who answered said no I do Wyoming repairs so he gave me a name Tyler and a number to call so I did and it went to a voice mail that you needed to use to leave a voice mail. Called the store back gave them the name and number and they have no clue ,in the mean time I have lost 400.00 in food that I can't afford to replace and I have two grandchildren that im feeding the person that sold me the warranty thing said if it quits and you lose food it will get replaced but whoever I talk to now says no we don't do that. Today is Monday Sept 15th and I reported this the 5th or 6th I think that's well over the 3 to 5 business days and I'm sure if it were theirs or yours you would have rushed the repair. This lady I speak to says she's a manager and says well we can bring another one out but we don't carry that one anymore. Nope I am buying this one , I like this one my payments are set up auto pay so you get my money and your lack of response has cost me more money my next step is going to be the BBB. I pay. The staff had never heard of this price and showed me others washer-dryers. One looked fine and I asked if it was doing washing-drying on the same machine. The girl said "yes". I also asked for the price. Took a long 10 minutes and she came with a price. too expensive. I asked for a shipper one, telling her I wanted a front door machine and that was one of my priority. I paid cash and asked for delivery witch she said would be $50. When I saw the receipt $75 were charged for delivery. She explained when i told her my surprise : " the computer doesn't want to change the price". When I received the machine, I have been surprised to receive two pieces: a washer and a dryer. Nobody told me before that it doesn't exist on one piece. The washer was with a top door and the dryer had 2 bumps on it.. I think: they always gave me a global price (washer and dryer together) I asked if the machine was doing both tasks on the same machine I didn't receive a washer with a front door as I required.. The dryer has 2 bumps If I had know that the dryer was separate, I would not have buy one because I already had one working well. I just wanted to gain room in my laundry. When I paid they told me that the sale was definitive and they don't accept any return. They even didn't take care of the old washer and the dryer I wanted to get ride off because of the replacement.

The service I received was good but the salesperson was not as knowledgeable as I thought. The sales process was not as clear. I explained my paydates and its become an ongoing issue when making my payments. They have no reminders for the monthly payments and they have to either be called in or payment is made in person. Other than checking my bank account balance I don't receive a verification of payment. The lease has a clause which prevents you from moving anything you lease from them. You have to call in advance to arrange things to be moved.
I was disappointed the LG 4k UltraHD tv went down in retail price by half shortly after I signed my lease for it. The tv is not bluetooth enabled as they told me and I had to purchase a digital optical cable to connect it. The speaker bar is an improvement on the tv's speakers but it did not come with a subwoofer. I thought I had included an Xbox One and it was omitted once the contract was drawn and was unable to have the contract redrawn to include it. The bluray player is ok and I have not used any of the apps on it except to play dvd's or bluray movies.
Overall they have a good selection of electronics and what they don't have in store they can order from another location. I was not interested in their furniture as it seemed too flashy for me. I realize the lease price is high once you factor in the APR but this is a good option if you don't have alot of money upfront to...
