First time here and we loved it. The food was good. The atmosphere was nice, small place-but donā€™t let it fool you as it was lively and fun. A best dish they have is Bun Bo Hue hotpot! The menu is extensive and also exotic. The bartender/server/owner is very nice. My only complaint was they probably need to hire a server.

Bliss, an authentic vietnamese eatery gem of SE pdx. Unique flavorful cuisine, delish drinks, and amazing customer service. The poker machines are pretty entertaining! Definitely my go to spot. I recommend to those who enjoy good food, good drinks and very good genuine people. 21 yrs+

This place is the most horrible place they blast there music all hours of the night until 5am when their supposed to be closed at 2am. They have been a nuisance to everyone in the neighborhood for over 2 years and they don't care who they disturb or hurt. The cops have been called on them over a dozen times. With no solution. This business needs to be shut down. They have violated so many business, health, and covid-19 laws. Why is this place still...
