This is a place people go to burn their money. The models they're selling are such a cheap quality plastic that you need to buy specialized Clippers to cut them out otherwise you will break them and there is zero refund policy. The employees have no interest in talking to you about what it is they're selling unless you are going to be buying and already know everything about Warhammer. Their customers unfortunately are as rude as the employees, I completely understand because I would be super paranoid if I spent close to $1,000 on cheap plastic and somebody just walked by and gently grazed it and it broke, seems like something you shouldn't do in public but there they are in the store. I find it ironic that this hasn't been completely shut down considering the way we have demonized plastic and all this store does is sell plastic plastic toxic glues and waste cardboard to package it. Good luck surviving the New World Order just not going to do it on my dime. Also they are not kid friendly because again this is overpriced plastic that breaks easily and if there's one thing little kids do it's break...
Read moreKirby was incredible with the latest Captain Centos 200th NA store release. I got there 30 mins before open and there was a few other collectors there, and as I walked up Kirby said hello as they were explaining how the store open will work, and handed out slips with numbers for everyone who got there. When the store opened I walked up to the counter, got Centos and the pin, and had the smoothest limited release anything that I've ever been to. They were also telling everyone how there was a 1 model per person limit, which I loved to see. Overall I had an amazing experience, especially considering I live an hour...
Read more40k is a Godsend along with this store. Tyler, Reaper, and Kirby are all kind and helpful people who love Warhammer. Extremely safe and friendly for my young children who enjoy asking questions. This is a place they can look at and even handle the beautifully painted models. Often, there are folks hanging out playing or painting.
Everyone experiences 40k differently, and this is a great spot to remind myself of that. Personally, the branded nature of the store is a huge positive as it ensures a consistency of passion for the Warhammer ecosystem from the employees. They are official guides...
