What a nightmare. I do not usually post reviews, but my experience here has been so poor I felt that obligated to. Last Tuesday 11/8 I purchased 2 identical sectionals, I was told that they had one of them in stock currently at there warehouse and it could be there in 2 days, the other one would be roughly 10 business days out because it was coming directly from the manufacturer. Totally understandable. I told Viktor the sales person that I wouldn't be able to pick up the first sectional until Sunday, 5 days later. He said, no problem, it will be here. Fast forward to Sunday, after renting a Uhaul and hauling my old couches to the dump, the first sectional had not showed up yet, but it was sitting at their warehouse in Vancouver. I told them that wasn't too big of a deal and that I had rented a Uhaul for the day, so I could just go pick it up there. He told me that the warehouse was at the owners house and he didn't want customers going there. I said no problem, just send someone after it and I can pick it up from the location on airport way. He told me that he couldn't get a hold of the owner and that I should just wait until Wednesday when the other sectional was going to show up from the manufacturer. I told him that didn't work for me as my house was now lacking places to sit. Since I was getting nowhere with him I suggested that in order to make it right that they could just deliver the first sectional free of charge Monday. He told me "Buddy, you know you got a good deal on these sectionals, so I can't do that." It has nothing to do with what deal I got on the sectionals, $12.50 off advertised price.. but customer service, which is beyond non existent. I should have known based on their yelp reviews not to do business with them. It is now Monday, Viktor allegedly still can't get a hold of the owner and my first sectional still is not there, although I've already paid for it in full. He was nice enough to suggest that I just wait until Wednesday again when the other sectional is supposed to show up....

We have already 15 days waiting for a response from some serious and responsible person of that company but it has not happened. We bought a dining set at normal price. we do not buy second or third products. when receiving the dining room game and taking it out of its boxes we went through moments of anger because 5 of the 6 chairs arrived with defects and scratches. the table with defects in the pattern of the drawing. at the time the delivery company was informed that we were not in agreement with the status of those products and we left it in writing on the invoice. The next day we contacted Cascade Home Decor to inform them of the situation. A week passed without any concrete response to the change of the product, they only said that we had to pay the delivery again to replace the chairs and table. This seemed unfair to us since the error was theirs and we did not have to pay for the delivery again. It turns out that they’re plan was for the 7 days to pass to claim that after 7 days there was no right to claim as the invoice says. this is the date that we have not received a response from our situation, so we had to go to the bank trying to cancel the payment, it was the only solution we got since they have not expressed any intention to solve our problem. fortunately we have photos of the poor quality of your product and emails in which from the first moment we inform them of...
   Read moreWe brought our couches at cascade in August, the show room sample looked good and all that. We received ours a few weeks later. They did not last 1 month and 4 of the seats ripped and they already started squeaking. I called them and were like we can fix it. I went in the squeaking the manager said is normal after 1 Month really? The leaning cushion's are shrinking and looking so ugly a brand new furniture 1 month new. The ordered my new covers to replace them. They brought them after 3 months lying and saying excuses all the time and i would have to literally go in the store and fight over it. They fixed the cushions temporarily the next day shrank again like nothing was done to them. The new covers that was received even with the cover over them 1 week all it took to rip apart. I sent them pic and showing them what happened no response yet after a month. Won’t get back to me, they won’t call or resolve the issue. They won’t refund any money or replace the couches.
