Clinton Street Record and Stereo is vinyl a digger's delight! Especially well stocked with 90's IDM,Braindance,Electro,Jungle,D&B,and hard to find release at a fair price. Was meaning to check this shop out for awhile and discogs really made the shop stick out for me based on their titles for sale. So, I finally made it over to the shop. I found well over 20 LPs after digging through some crates for 2 hours or so. Jared was very helpful and like a long lost brother as far as music tastes go. I told him what labels I was into, and he would know exactly where something could be found. He also recommended some similiar artists and labels. He's a genuine fan and lover of music like me. This shop is what I look for in a record store experience. Finding things I was looking for and then a bunch of releases I wasn't though wanted as well. I'll definitely make this a weekend spot for sure. Jared and his shop are both excellent! I love supporting a business that is ran by someone with a good heart and makes customers feel welcome. Visited this place last weekend specifically looking for House and Techno music and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I will say that many of the releases here can get a bit pricy, but if you check out their listings on Discogs, I'm sure you'll find that this store is very in line with market demand, and often cheaper (e.g. I was able to grab a copy of Benedek's Coolin' for only $18!).

I easily spent over an hour and a half in this store, and I found it difficult to leave. Probably the coolest thing here was that the owner had specifically set aside a bin called "Choice Cheaps," where he had combed through the discount records himself and compiled a collection of great releases under $5 a piece. I've never seen anything like this in any store and it really demonstrates Clinton Street's commitment to quality.

I'm actually glad this place doesn't exist back home because I would probably be living in a storage unit with a hoard of records, as I would spend every last cent of my paycheck on this place.

Enjoy yourself, but use caution, this place...

Updating my review since we had Jared DJ our wedding reception - DJ MAXX BASS - He did an excellent job moving the crowd and keeping us on time through our rituals, speeches, et cetera. What a guy; easy to work with and ready to party, MAXX BASS took our dance party to the next level and kept the bangers rolling. Book him now if you like to party.

This place is the best. When i bought me a nice lil’ sony unit that had an issue, they not only helped me troubleshoot at home, but made sure I had a functional replacement within 24 hours. Super cool. Shout out to (in alphabetical order) Aaron, Austin, and Jared for the help and patience.
