We visited on a Wednesday evening around 7. They were not very busy. We were greeted quickly and seated. However, that's where things started to go south.
Tables around us were acknowledged and provided drinks yet we were sat there without as much as a hello. Another waiter finally came up and made an excuse that our waiter was busy. He did get our drinks but could have as easily have taken our order (our menus were closed and sat at the end of our table). Instead, we waited nearly another 15 minutes to place our order. We were getting ready to get up to leave when our waiter looked over and quickly came to the table.
We ordered and continued to see other customers being taken care of with drinks and their food. It took several minutes, after other tables that had arrived after we had being presented their meals, for us to receive our meals...and warm but not hot in temperature.
After we had finished our meals, we waited for our waiter to present our bill so that we could pay and leave. Our waiter never returned to the table and we approached the cashier to see if we could get our check and pay. Our waiter spotted us approaching the cashier and dug in his apron pocket to retrieve our check.

Read more10/22/22 Today we went into this restaurant and I have a serious medical condition called Alpha Gal. I am allergic to red meat. When I said something to the server, she was unconcerned. I asked could she at least ask the chef if they could are accommodations. She did not even want to ask. She said they were busy. She rolled her eyes. When she did go to the kitchen, she came back with exactly what she had said before. I am not sure she even told them the situation. That is the only restaurant I have ever been to that seems to have a problem with it. It can be life threatening same as a peanut allergy. I find it heartbreaking that my local restaurant cares so little for its people. I am positive I am not the only person here with Alpha Gal. It is a Tick born disease that causes it. My cousin died from an anaphylaxis reaction to her food being cross contaminated with red meat in a restaurant after being made aware. The reaction is not immediate it may be hours later. As many as 2 to 8 hours later. Often missed as reason for death. I am not trying to be difficult. I would just like to enjoy a meal in my local restaurant without being made to feel like I am not wanted due to an allergy I didn't ask to get. It is simple to follow cross contamination rules in restaurants. Those are laws we are supposed to follow anyway. Beef, pork, and chicken are not supposed to be cooked together anyway due to cross...

Meal was served with no napkins or silverware. Or waiter is top notch but his support, was well. No support!!!!!!! Food is and was Shocking, had to send meal back and still received a horrible meal. So salty, even my husband, who is a sale hound and a construction worker, could not tolerate. Fish should be flavour, not, overpowered. Not even the first time you receive you plate, let alone the second time. Manager of the establishment, would not listen, nor hear, our issue, all we got was, my family eats here, they don't have a problem.
