CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in Portsmouth

I brought my phone in because the screen was completely shattered and "blacked-out" and the gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and up front about how long that it would take to be fixed which he had told me that they would have to order the screen and that it would take about 5 days. When they received the replacement parts they came in damaged and had to be reordered and the gentleman promptly notified me to let me know. I was very understanding and I understood that these things happen. Time really wasn't a problem in my case as this was a business phone and I had already bought another one. I needed this phone to be repaired for the data, info., pics and contact information that it had on it (some of which for legal purposes). About 5 days later the gentleman contacted me to let me know that my phone was fixed and when I came to pick it up... It looked brand new like the day I bought it 2 years ago nd worked perfectly and now I can retrieve the data and either give it to another employee to use in my business or resell it. Very disappointed in the service I received at this store and the Hampton, Va location. My Apple watch was serviced at the Portsmouth location due to a cracked screen. Not long after retrieving the watch, the screen slid off. No damages occurred thankfully. I went to the Hampton location to get assistance and the staff member explained to me that there was a "bad batch" of screens and that he can glue my screen back down. He glued the screen back down however, the screen never came back on. I bring the watch back to Hampton and a different sales rep tells me that the employee who previously assisted me had been fired and that there is nothing that he can do for my watch and that I have to go back to Portsmouth to utilize the warranty. After two weeks Portsmouth then tells me that the "glue" damaged the cord on my watch and they cannot do anything to fix it. (Warning do not go here I repeate this place is absolute trash and have horrible social skills. One man tried to play the angry black person card on my mother😡) Absolutely awful. Do not waste your money here. The first time I came here to get my phone screen replaced they kept giving me the wrong screen and kept trying to say I was wrong. Like do yall just not look at the original screen before yall order a new one. It took five tries just to get the right one(which they made me pay a extra 40 dollars for). Then 3 months later the screen pops off, so we went back to see if they could just glue it back on. But no, they had to order a whole new screen.
