EverPresent — Local services in Portsmouth

The process of working with Everpresent was simple and uncomplicated. After the phone consultation we were given an address to drop off the tapes. The woman at the drop of center was knowledgeable about the process and conducted business in front of me so I could ensure the order form was sealed with the tapes. An email was received saying the tapes had been received and if any problems they found with the tapes we would be notified. Another phone call for direction on what we wanted the tapes converted to was pleasant and seemless. We received the tapes back along with the USB and a description of any problems or issues they faced, which for our tapes there thankfully were none. When viewing the tapes before hand we could hear the audio but couldn’t see anything. The videos on the usb were great quality. We were so happy we could see the videos. I've had a chance to use EP and Kodak, and I definitely had a better experience with Ever-present. I have recommended them to friends and family, because you have real people - where you drop it off and pick it up, quality control, reports, phone calls, etc. I had a problem with the password to download, and with 48 hours it was reset. Bear in mind this was all part of the Christmas rush. Kodak, on the other hand, never sent me the USB, mailed it by the Post Office, and even though they told me they would follow up, it has been radio silence.
