This location is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. As many other reviewers have stated, they are never open during the hours they say the are, the food is incredibly inconsistent, and the staff...well I think the time of hiring irritable teenagers who refuse to do work or even be helpful is over. Someone who is an adult and has restaurant experience needs to do a complete rehaul. The last four times I have gone there they were either out of everything I've requested (veggies, beans, rice, lettuce, salad dressing) or I get two pieces of barely cooked onion as my veggies.
I took a friend who had never tried Chipotle for lunch, as you can guess, it wasn't open on a Saturday at 1:00PM! If you're not open during lunch or dinner on the weekends, your business plan needs serious attention. To be honest, I don't know how this location stays open. It is close to my house which I always loved because I could stop by for a fresh yummie vegetarian meal. Not any longer.
The last time I was at this store, I tried to order a salad with beans, rice, veggies, and salsa. They were out of literally everything. I asked how long it would be for veggies to be grilled, the kid (and yes, I mean a kid) sheepishly asked the other kid on the grill and was told, "we're understaffed and won't be making any more grilled veggies or salad dressing for the day". WHAT?! This is all happening while I'm watching four other kids standing in the back talking and using their phones.
I think the "we're under staffed" schtick is becoming tired. If you don't have the staff to run the place properly, then close the location. I'm actually surprised how little oversight seems to be going on. At this point the health department may want to stop there for lunch to see what their...
Read moreThis restaurant needs a district manager to drop in at the establishments “regular work hours” and see how often the staff chooses to close at their own discretion. I have actually been inside the restaurant at 6:20pm, when they close at 7pm, and a staff member complained she was tired and “did not want to serve anyone else today” and another staff member said “should we close early?” And the original girl behind the counter said yes and immediately went to go lock the doors. In front of me and other customers. Wildly unprofessional. I feel very bad for those who arrive here at 630 or 645 hoping to get dinner for themselves and/or their family but because the staff is “tired” they have to figure out something else. I told them they need to update their hours if they’re going to close early and they claimed “they were out of ingredients.” I had just walked down the aisle of ingredients and everything was almost completely full. The girl said she had 3 more online orders to fulfill and that’s why they had to close, due to “inadequate ingredients.” It is absolutely ridiculous how many times I have pulled into this restaurant at even 4 or 5pm and they are closed. I completely understand staffing issues but if you have staff to be there from 11-7 why should they be closing at 5pm? Because the staff does not want to work an additional 2 hours? There needs to be someone above the teenage managers that can take a stance here because it is not alright. Hate to be that Karen I just cannot sit back and allow the negligent staff at this location to keep allowing...
Read moreIt is currently 8:34pm (as shown in photo) as I am actually finishing this post and inserting this intro as proof. I have carefully thought this post out and have been here since about 8:25pm. As the current hours state, they should be open until 9pm.
The last 3 nights in a row they have closed early but not bothered to update their temporary hours. I am a manager at another restaurant and know that at least the GM has access to this and could be saving people time and gas. I have now wasted both of those, and I work 60+ hours a week so I do not have much time or energy to spare. I simply wish to give my employees the meal that they worked very hard to earn and specifically requested burritos and quesadillas from Chipotle.
Will this location actually be open until 9pm any time soon? They do not start their shift until 8pm and this is their 2nd job, so they also do not have time or energy to waste trying to get here before whatever time it is this location has actually been closing at. At my restaurant we not only think about and try to reward our employees but our customers, too. Please be more considerate to your fellow human beings aka customers aka the reason that you have your job. Thank you and we will be waiting for updated hours at your greatest...
