If there was a zero I would put zero. I own the kioti 4510 with a 6010 bucket. Well has been in there since the begining of May.. it is now October...So when it all started it seemed to be a good company. They make you feel comfortable. So comfortable I bought this low hr kioti because it was not only the only can unit they has at the time âšbut it was slightly used and cost a bit less "it's a great tractor just shuts off once in a while but we will fix that for you before you come pick it up Monday. So it was a no Brainerd sold well that Monday came around abd Nathan said he has drove thebtractor but couldn't get it to act up..Sent me on the way. Well the tractor would t even pull the slightest grade without loosing power and dyin. They then told me to bring it in so they could look. Said it was the fuel tank. I took it to them they replaced it but the tractor would never get to pto speed. I called them told them this and they said they were moving and didn't have room fornit right now. I waited..in this time I loaded hay and did some stuff around the house push snow it was winter. But the tractor couldn't do anything fast or run the pto. Slowly as I waited after the move then they told me it was a 2 month wait because all the people that got backed up cause the move... So during this period of time it stopped running and pushed a bunch of molten metal out of exhaust. I called them and theu had pushed me out past warranty. And then said I put 500 hrs on it and they have nothing to do with it! Yeah more like 430 slow long horrible hrs . Then give me a quote for 13GRAND for new motor then tell me that they never really looked at it that was just worse case senerio. But required half down now Half down on WHAT.... the def system had been the problem the entire time and it was never regening. Well I didn't know that . Now it sits there and hearing won't do anything about it or call me for that matter. Highly disapprove. These people do NOT BACK...

On the tractor, I really like how the controls are laid out and the features the tractor comes with. Having never operated a newer tractor, it came stock with a lot of features I probably wouldn't have convinced myself I needed, but am now really glad to have them. An example is the automatic PTO, which gives me one less thing to manage while snow blowing.
On Jordan Sales and Service, I've worked with Nathan in sales, and he's been awesome to work with; he responds surprisingly quickly and helpfully. When I asked for quotes, other tractor dealers sent me official looking PDFs, Jordan Sales sent me back an non-punctuated, non-capitalized, terse response. That made me nervous, but my uncle really likes Jordan Sales, so I went ahead. The deal was complicated by the fact that several items weren't in stock, which also made me nervous. All said Jordan Sales has been good on their word. They delivered the tractor without all the components in time for me to use it for dealing with snow over the winter, and have now gotten me most of the rest of the components of the deal. (The snow blower hydro is still out of stock)
The guy in the parts department has been great to talk to, told me quite a few things about the tractor that were useful to know, and helped me get stocked up for the 50 hour service and the items I should have on hand for quick maintenance.
The service department has also been really helpful. In the really cold weather the grounding strap was bolted on tight but wasn't conducting fully, creating some really strange symptoms. Across multiple phone calls and text messages they trouble shot the problem and got me running in time to clean up from the big snow dump.
Overall I'm quite pleased with purchasing through them, and plan on continue to buy...
Read moreAfter reading some good reviews and seeing their ads regarding awards they have won for customer service I decided this was where I was going to buy my new TYM tractor. I went to their dealership about 3 months ago to kick some tires and ask some questions. When I first entered the building nobody acknowledged that I was there. One guy was obviously avoiding making contact with me at all costs. So I stood there for 10 minutes or so awkwardly until I finally started walking around asking for help. Once I finally made contact with someone he seemed pleasant enough. He told me the model I was interested in wasn't in stock but they would be getting a couple within the next week or so. I told him at that point that I wasn't ready to buy yet and I was mostly just wanting to see one in person. He seemed very disinterested in helping me at that point. I left my contact info with him so he could let me know when they came in so I could take a look. That was 3 months ago and no one ever attempted to make contact with me after that point. I finally got the money I was waiting on and the very first thing I did was purchase the new TYM tractor I have been wanting. I decided to do business with Cascade tractor in Spokane. They were far more appreciative of my business and I have had a very positive experience with them. Jordan sales lost my business by not treating me like a viable customer just because I wasn't ready to buy that day. Not only did Jordan sales not get my business but their competitor got the sale. I was excited to walk into their building that day but left feeling unappreciated as a potential customer. I definitely won't consider Jordan sales...
