I come here often so I hate to write this. I was waiting for a take out order recently and was stunned to watch one of the young women working there. While wearing the same pair gloves, she went from the swinging door back room to the under cabinet freezer to handle making drinks with frozen bananas, touched her braid to move if off her shoulder, rolled up her sleeves, blended and served drinks to the customers in front of me, then went to the register to check out a waiting guest. She clearly does not know how to properly work with gloves and risks making the public sick with that type of cross contamination. I love the smoothies unforunately I placed a door dash order and only received half of my order. When I contacted the business to receive the rest of my order, a smoothie and gineger shot that I was happy to pick up despite the error, the business asked me to contact DoorDash to make me whole. I received back 1/4 of a refund from DoorDash. I'm leaving this review as accuracy was an issue with my order from this business and I lost money on items I didnt receive. The business did not offer any solution in which I find inadequate for a mess up...

I am only leaving three stars because the food was edible. Flavor is bland. Employees were rude, rushed, did a lackluster job of explaining promotional items. 5 people came in after us and received their more complicated orders first! My bowl sat for five to ten minutes before one of the employees tended to my order. Employee shamed me and my mother for not understanding coupon promotions and then proceeded to stall on our order. Will not be returning to this location again and I highly suggest others...
