If you like bargains, this is the place. They of course have all the major brands you would expect at any big chain grocery store but what sets them apart are all the many regional brands they have. The added kicker is they are from this and every other region of the country. Everything is sold at "cost plus 10%" which really makes the regional brands shine. The meat department is a jewel. The chicken is quiveringly fresh, the pork is expertly cut and well portioned, and the beef is outstanding. So buy up, and if you want a certain cut or a purchase portioned out they have real meat cutters who can do it for you. The store is old, but spotless so don't let the old 1960's shopping center location throw you off. This place has made it easy for me to splurge without even getting close to going over budget. Customer service is terrible! I went to service desk and asked the manager could I get two rolls of $10 coins. The manager started to get them from drawer when he asked me “what want them for” shocked i ask to repeat again sane rude question. I stated what difference did it made what I wanted then for. I love the prices in there but this place is really starting to stink!! It starting to remind me of the old Red Bear in Montgomery off of Troy hwy.
