Took my iPad in because the charger part was bent , he returned it and now the whole entire screen doesn’t work , I’ve text and called and he refuses to fix the damage he caused the iPad was working perfectly fine ! To top it off he also damaged my screen and now there’s a spot on the screen ! But how rude can you be destroy someone’s property and not take accountability for it is beyond me !! Save your time ! And look elsewhere ! It’s Thursday I called Monday Tuesday Wednesday and today no answer I had to call from another phone to be able to reach him and then he answered disgruntled like it’s my fault u fixed one thing but broke another !! Why do I have to call from another number to get a reply ! Would no answer my text messages or anything ! Second I post a review I hear back !! So yes surely going to file small claims !!! You can’t just break someone’s things and not have reproduction grow up !!! And be man take responsibility for being a crappy business owner I have receipts you have EXCUSES !!!!! The owner is super amazing. I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra that the sim card wouldn't read in, I visited his shop 2 days ago & he said he could fix it. Let me also mention, I went to about 5 other phone repair companies that said they could not fix my phone. It's just been sitting around for 4 months, so I finally find this business. He ordered the parts 2 days ago, & had me come in today. It took him about 20 minutes to fix it & now my phone is working again. Super friendly & thorough & wise in what he does. He installed a new screen on my apple XR on a Sunday evening for me when no one else would even answer their phones. Also gave me a more than fair price for doing it. About two and half weeks latter my phone was acting up so I stopped in quick he happened to be there and put another new screen on completely free of charge and did so within minutes!!!
