Outstanding Service and High-Quality Furniture at ARHAUS Princeton
We’ve been working with ARHAUS in Princeton for a couple of years to furnish our home, and the experience has been fantastic. Before finding ARHAUS, we visited a few other stores, but none of them offered the perfect combination of high-quality furniture and excellent service like ARHAUS. Their team goes above and beyond with follow-ups, quick support, and regular updates on our orders.
One thing that really stands out is how well they understand their product offerings. They have an incredible ability to help navigate through the huge selection of furniture and guide us toward the options that best fit our needs. Their recommendations are always spot-on, making the decision process much easier.

Read moreI contacted the store regarding a particular item. The first person I spoke to assisted me with some of my inquiries. A few days later I spoke to someone else who provided me with a quote. Thereafter both sales person were very unhelpful, hard to reach, and ignored my email. I was informed she was very busy with customers. The entire day she did not return my call. She emailed me and I asked her if she can reach me back by calling in lieu of emailing as I don’t communicate via email. I never heard from her again. It was not like I was buying a vase. My purchase was about $4,000. I am glad I did not go to the store in person because it would have been a huge disappointment. Due to my experience with the sales persons from the Princeton store, I was hesitant to purchase the chairs. I ended up calling Arhaus customer service and it was a smooth transaction with an agent who was eager to assist. Read moreIt is not often that I give a one star review and I wouldn’t for the sales staff at this store, they were great. It was the completely RUDE visual manager, Tabby, that brought this on. We were picking up counter stools that we purchased and organizing getting them out of the store and in to our car with the help of our sales person and a helper. We did not ask him to unbox the items or load our car ONLY get it out TO the car. When Tabby, who was not part of the conversation, jumped down my throat and said that was not his job and he couldn’t help us. If we hadn’t already purchased these stools I would have left The store and not turned back. My husband is an architect and I am an interior designer so we have dealt with design stors all throughout our careers and I have never had such a rude experience from a retail store before.
