I had one of the worst experiences Iāve ever witnessed at the Braumās in Princeton. Iām honestly disgusted by what I saw and deeply disappointed in how this location is being run. There were around twenty employees standing around behind the counter ā chatting, staring, and doing absolutely nothing ā while a mom was struggling to clean up her babyās vomit.
To make things worse, her little boy was using a walker, and she was clearly overwhelmed trying to handle both kids at once. Not one single employee stepped up to help. They just stood there watching as this poor mom tried to clean everything herself. Braumās has a cleaning kit specifically for situations like this, and yet no one offered it to her. No paper towels, no cleaner, no compassion ā nothing.
It was honestly heartbreaking to watch. The mom looked embarrassed and exhausted, and everyone else in the restaurant was uncomfortable seeing the employees just ignore her. This isnāt just bad customer service ā itās a total lack of basic human decency.
This is not a place for families. If youāre a parent, avoid this location at all costs. You deserve to take your kids somewhere where the staff actually cares about their customers. The employees here clearly donāt ā they should all be retrained on how to handle real-world situations with kindness and professionalism.
I will never come back to this Braumās again, and Iāll be telling everyone I know to do the same. Absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn October 12, 2025, I stopped by the new Braumās in Princeton, Texas and placed an order through the drive-thru for a bag of five burgers. I ordered all the burgers with no ketchup and add cheese. The drive-thru employees were very polite and courteous.
After driving home to Farmersville, I discovered that all five burgers had ketchup and no cheese. I called Braumās and spoke with a polite gentleman named Collin, who listened to me, apologized, and assured me the issue would be taken care of.
The next day, October 13, I returned to Braumās with three of the burgers and explained the situation to one of the employees. Even though the restaurant was busy, she listened carefully and promptly took care of the problem. Every team member I interacted with was kind, respectful, had a smile and professional.
The replacement burgers were delicious, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Iām very satisfied and will definitely be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis morning I stopped by and got myself an egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns. It took approximately 9 minutes to get in the line and have my food in my car. I will say it was a little slower than expected. The food was warm enough for the most part, but I just didn't really enjoy the cold cheese slice slapped inside my sandwich. It wasn't melted in the least. The photo on the menu looked very different (obviously) and I would've enjoyed it more with the cheese slightly warm and melty.
The hash browns were okay, nothing to write home about. They were a little dry yet very greasy to the touch. The price of these items were not that bad considering there has been a considerate amount of inflation.
Overall it's pretty much all the same as any other braum's, when it comes to breakfast. I will come back and update with ice cream at...
