Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Princeton

I have been to so many Dutch Bros and the fact that every time I order, I never have any issues but when I went here, I told him exactly what I wanted and he kept saying I don’t know if you can do that. he also tried to talk me out of my order. And they wouldn’t scan the app and it was double points day and then when we got to the front, she asked me again if my order was right and I said yes it’s right and she’s like are you sure you don’t want decaf and I said I don’t want coffee at all. That’s the whole point of me saying I don’t want coffee Espresso at all. We told her about the points she said oh don’t worry about it we’ll give it to you well the next day we looked and nothing was there. if she doesn’t know how to do something she should just ask someone or just don’t even tell us that she got it on there. The whole point of having a point system is to be getting our points and the guy threw the drive-through. Didn’t even ask us if we had the app. And it was sitting open on our lap for him to scan it but he said oh it’s too late. You already paid. I have been to other Dutch Bros and they have been very polite. Also, they work there. I am a customer. I should be able to order what I want . I ordered a protein drink with no espresso. It’s not that difficult. Just take out the espresso or don’t put it in there . I don’t think I would ever come back to this...

UPDATE: I went again yesterday. I think I'm going to keep my three star rating. This time I had a $5 gift card that was given to me by my apartment complex for free. I decided to use it up so I bought the Nitro coffee and I added the soft top whipped cream and coconut milk. I'm not sure what I thought it was going to taste like, but honestly it just tastes like regular gas station coffee that you can get for much cheaper. It was 495 for this drink and I don't think it was honestly worth it. I had to get a spoon for my job and stir it up because the top cream would not mix together with a straw. I probably won't come back.

This rating is based solely on one drink I have had here and if I go back and I enjoy the next one, I will re-rate.

My drink was 4.95 for a medium. A chai tea with some odd heavy cream that stays at the top no matter how much I tried stirring it in. I feel there was just too much of a gingerbread taste and not a lot of cinnamon. Tasted more like a strange christmas drink than anything. Egg nog flavor maybe ?

The staff were FRIENDLY. Like overly. She stuck her head out the window asking how I was doing. No mask (hoping she got vaccinated, since I've gotten covid before, but I guess). The size is alright. Just...

The service is okay, but the whole is experiencing is destroyed when you have the app promoting special events like Father’s Day and Mother’s Day that the app notifies you for in advanced. Every sticker event this location had had iv rushed straight out there as soon as I’m off work and they’ve never once had them. They refuse to give anything out the day before and today after waiting nearly a half hour in line to get one the window associate just hit me with “ oh I think we’re out but what do you want “ it’s always a good time coming to Dutch Bros unless theirs some type of engagement event going on… like the physical stickers. The staff usually slow, mean, and uninterested on these days. Super of putting. Either do the event or don’t. But don’t promote customer engagement days to get us all out there to wait in line just to be rudely brushed off by the staff and not even walk away with event item that brought us there in the...
