I have been to so many Dutch Bros and the fact that every time I order, I never have any issues but when I went here, I told him exactly what I wanted and he kept saying I donāt know if you can do that. he also tried to talk me out of my order. And they wouldnāt scan the app and it was double points day and then when we got to the front, she asked me again if my order was right and I said yes itās right and sheās like are you sure you donāt want decaf and I said I donāt want coffee at all. Thatās the whole point of me saying I donāt want coffee Espresso at all. We told her about the points she said oh donāt worry about it weāll give it to you well the next day we looked and nothing was there. if she doesnāt know how to do something she should just ask someone or just donāt even tell us that she got it on there. The whole point of having a point system is to be getting our points and the guy threw the drive-through. Didnāt even ask us if we had the app. And it was sitting open on our lap for him to scan it but he said oh itās too late. You already paid. I have been to other Dutch Bros and they have been very polite. Also, they work there. I am a customer. I should be able to order what I want . I ordered a protein drink with no espresso. Itās not that difficult. Just take out the espresso or donāt put it in there . I donāt think I would ever come back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: I went again yesterday. I think I'm going to keep my three star rating. This time I had a $5 gift card that was given to me by my apartment complex for free. I decided to use it up so I bought the Nitro coffee and I added the soft top whipped cream and coconut milk. I'm not sure what I thought it was going to taste like, but honestly it just tastes like regular gas station coffee that you can get for much cheaper. It was 495 for this drink and I don't think it was honestly worth it. I had to get a spoon for my job and stir it up because the top cream would not mix together with a straw. I probably won't come back.
This rating is based solely on one drink I have had here and if I go back and I enjoy the next one, I will re-rate.
My drink was 4.95 for a medium. A chai tea with some odd heavy cream that stays at the top no matter how much I tried stirring it in. I feel there was just too much of a gingerbread taste and not a lot of cinnamon. Tasted more like a strange christmas drink than anything. Egg nog flavor maybe ?
