At the popeyes in Princeton,Texas I waited at the drive thru speaker waiting on someone to aknowledge my presence and it took them almost 10 minutes for someone to get on the intercom and when they did the first thing out the young ladies mouth was , I'll be with you in a moment sir. Unbelievable! Now at this point I was fit to be tied , but after another 7 minute wait she came across the intercom , not to apologize for the extremely long wait that I had but I got what do you need and you can rest assured , I let her know what I needed. Anyways I digress , so I give her my order for a 3 piece chicken meal with a large red beans and rice with a Dr. Pepper for the drink. She then proceeded to ask me if I preferred all white meat or mixed , I told her all white , now here is what drove me outta there with the quickness , this girl , somebody's little girl tells me , "We ain't got no white meat chicken" her words , verbatim. Read moreUpdate 2/21- I decided to try the store once again. I ordered 1/4 popcorn shrimp with two sauces and a spicy chicken sandwich. All items were on the receipt correctly. They did not include one of the two sauces on the receipt with the order. This place can't get it right. I would predict they don't make it out of 2021.
Original report- This store always gets my order wrong. They do have the chicken sandwiches and a short wait, but it is because they are not made to order. I have ordered the spicy chicken with extra sauce and pickles three times and they give me a regular spicy lukewarm sandwich everytime. The receipt confirms they didn't even put in the special request. This store was a horrible performer before the sandwich came and continues to be after.
Update 11/2020. The store is still consistently bad. They continually do not fill the orders correctly. I was missing an item again tonight. Two of the last three orders were missing items and I called the manager and they said yeah it happens a lot. No refund offered or anything. This place is destined to go out...

We tried purchasing a family dinner and when I went to order the two sides like the drive through menu clearly stated, I get stopped and told that it only comes with only one side. My wife pulled up the menu on her phone which clearly stated two sides, while I was reading the drive through menu that said two sides, and the employee was insisting it only came with one side. After arguing with the employee for a minute I said “you know what, never mind. I’ll go somewhere else”. I get stuck behind someone in the drive thru line then decided to try and speak to the manager. I asked for the manager, but instead I was argued with for a few more minutes by the same employee.
I understand there are things you can’t change, but employees arguing with customers about signage that very clearly stated two sides is wrong. The company lost my almost $40 order, along with any of my future business because of the attitude of its employees and a hand...
