Whataburger — Restaurant in Texas

Idk who hires the staff of this whataburger, but my experience last night was absolutely horrible. Im not the type of person to write a review regardless of how long my food took, but the employees of this location were not properly trained and dont know simple customer service. I walked in for a pick up order and the person on register didnt know how to tend to customers properly another fast food app driver came in for 2 other orders. The guy asked us what we were there for and we told him the names on the orders. He walks to the back for about 3 minutes and comes back and say to both of us what were the names again, but then proceeds to say they arent out yet. Alright, i understand, ill wait. He walks to the back and doesnt come out for another 10 minutes or so. Comes back and asks the driver what the drinks were. Like 2 times he did this. Then comes back with only one the order for this driver. Takes like 4 minutes to give it to the driver. Anyway, im still waiting at this point and so is the driver. Not long after more people start coming in and the guy is nowhere to be seen. This place is horrible. Change your staff or something. Oh yeah also no other staff member came to the front to tend to anyone. It was that one guy and he didnt know basic...

Just recently started working here in Princeton I've been to this Whataburger location three times ordered two different sandwiches those occasions, and every single time I explained that I would like my sandwich with lettuce Mayo pickle and cheese only im pretty simple... the two occasions before the specific one I will iterate further on each one of my sandwiches was smothered in mustard, no mayo to be found. On this occasion I got a simple number 2 and the girl on the mic even asked "would you like it mustard all the way?" To which I replied no I would not I want it Lettuce Mayo pickles only. Very much to my surprise when I received my sandwich it was yet again smothered and mustard, with no mayo to be found granted all of the other veggies that I'm not fond of or not there they got that part right... whoever it is that puts their sandwiches together has a serious problem and an obsession with making mustard and excessive amounts of it a thing people have to eat. I'd hate to be tidy bit information on but mustard is and allergen maybe I have a seed allergy which mustard falls into and all three times I could have been killed... let's just say worst Whataburger I've ever been to, and will not return to it in this town. They need more...

I show up, two cars in driveway… lobby empty, as you can see from the pictures. They take one order at a time despite the fact theres two lanes open and ten employees inside working. (I counted at least ten) They take over ten minutes just to take the order and about 25 total to leave. I started my order at 9 and my receipt shows 9:22 leaving. How can it possibly take so long EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE? Trash general manager. Trash store manager. Why dont you sell this to somebody that actually cares about their customers and not the paycheck we bring you. I hardly come here once a month or less now because its ran so poorly. Its pathetic. I took these photos after I was in line for wayyyyy too long. Come on man. You charge max dollar for fast food and provide the worst service out of ANY place and its not because “its cooked fresh” like your the only place. You take forever because you have no sense of urgency. You have the wrong employees at the wrong position. You have no clue how to delegate work.
