I went there a couple of times because I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I can't go back to a place were the employees are not welcoming. Walked in and a male employee was restocking some chips and he didn't even turn to acknowledge us. Waited for about 5 minutes and a lady came from the back to help us but didn't even greet us. I got ice cream and it tasted like freezer burn and I also got tostilocos and they were not good. I feel the employees pick and choose who they want to be nice to. I never leave reviews for establishments but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Paleteria! I have been there almost every single day for about 2-3 weeks; the ice cream is wonderful and my favorite is the Piñon! Personally, I am a spontaneous foodie so I mostly eat what they recommend and everything has been delicious. Very unwelcoming. Brought my kids here for desert since we’ve never been and this staff member literally shook her head at another in front of us like ‘why are they here’. After getting that sort of treatment I came to check reviews and noticed this has happened before to others.
