We stopped by Jack in the Box around 10PM ⏰ for some late-night food, and while the experience had its quirks, the food was hot, fresh, and super tasty!
There weren’t many tables inside 🪑 — just a few scattered around — but since we were the only ones there, that didn’t really matter. Just giving some reference that there’s a lot more space than seating.
Now, let’s talk about the temperature. It wasn’t just warm — it was actually 79°F inside 🔥🥵 while it was only 62°F outside ❄️. I took a picture of the thermostat 📸 because it seriously felt like a sauna. Not exactly a relaxing place to sit and eat.
When we came in, no one greeted us 🤷♂️, and we had to wait a bit ⏳. Eventually, someone showed up and mentioned she was about to clock out, but she still took our order and apologized 🙇♀️ for the delay, which we appreciated.
Now for the good part — the food was fantastic! • My wife got the #15 Teriyaki Bowl 🍚 and an egg roll 🥢. The bowl was super flavorful and hot, and the egg roll? Crispy and honestly better than what we’ve had at some Chinese restaurants 🥡✨. • I had the #4 Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger 🥓🧀🍔 with curly fries 🍟 — hot, cheesy, and packed with flavor.
All the food was fresh, steaming hot, and clearly made to order — one of the big benefits of going late at night 🌙.
Overall: • Food: awesome ✅ • Service: slow but polite ✅ • Temperature: too hot inside ❌🔥 • Would we come back? Yeah, for the...
Read moreMy family goes to this restaurant several times a week. I frequently sit in the parking lot for sometimes hours at a time working on a laptop or phone. Last night I was asked to leave by the police after sitting there for about 10 minutes. I asked the overly dramatic guy working the cash register what was different from any other time I've used their parking lot to eat and work.
Apparently I was scaring his customers because they could see me parked across the street for 3 to 4 hours before entering his parking lot.
I know exactly how long I was there and it wasn't 3 to 4 hours. Was your service so slow that your patrons were staying in 4 hours? I was a patron of the other store across the street too. I talked to her too and she never asked me to leave. I would suggest just asking someone to leave next time instead of the 5 police car routine for your once loyal customers. You might consider that when your boss Jack, installed public Wi-Fi, he did so with the intentions that people would stop and use the Wi-Fi and potentially spend money at the same time just like I used to. You should also consider it's not some kind of game for you and your friends to call the police on individuals that have caused no harm. The Princeton police aren't any smarter than you and they struggle enough without people like you...
Read moreI go to this location because it’s convenient when I’m out running errands by the house. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but the 1 star is for the poor customer service I received today. I went through the drive thru, ordered my food, didn’t have any problems until I tried ordering 2 peach teas. I could hear through the box that one worker said she couldn’t understand me in Spanish. I even had to spell out the word “peach” until the staff told me to come to the window. I had to repeat myself twice again in person. There were 3 ladies at the window and the lady that was helping me seemed like she had an attitude. When I noticed that, I asked if she could hear me talking clearly in person. She said something along the lines of, “None of us could understand you. I’m not sure if it was the box, but I can hear you now.” I felt as if every time I said something at this point, she would kind of roll her eyes. I know when someone is giving me an attitude and I can tell she just wanted to be done with me. I didn’t get any names at that point because I was already irritated. Food is decent but just like some of the other reviews, the customer...
