It was our first time here so we ordered a variety of food: Beef fajitas, beef street tacos, both types of tamale, lengua street tacos, guacamole, queso, and chips and salsa. One other thing to note is that we ordered take out about 45 mins before they closed for the night — you can decide if that means anything.
I’ll start by saying the chips and guacamole were good.
The salsa had good flavor but is served hot and that was a turn off for me, but that’s just personal preference so not a negative. Again it had good flavor!
The queso was extremely watered down. I’ve had liquidy queso before but this was enough that it wouldn’t stick to chips, tortillas, and even the salsa had a thicker consistency than the queso.
The tamales were dry, seemed to be reheated from frozen and were rock hard on the ends.
The corn tortillas for the street tacos were good, but the lenguas was chewy, as if it wasn’t cooked long enough to allow it to tenderize, and the beef for the fajitas and other tacos was unseasoned, unmarinated, somewhat chewy with a couple bits of hard cartilage that definitely wasn’t pleasant to bite down on. I can’t know for certain, but it seemed like they were using a much cheaper cut of beef instead of the skirt/flank that is usual for fajita meat.
It wasn’t horrible, but after reading some of the glowing reviews it just seems like the food we got had no heart in it.
I’ll still give it another shot at a different time of day and try the chicken or other offerings and update this if there’s anything good to...

This is our first time eating at the taco factory. We ordered a caldo de res and a few other things to go. My husband comes back home and as he's about to get to the house he calls and asks me what I ordered and if it was a soup then it's everywhere. They had given us a broken container with a broken lid and the soup leaked all into the bag.
We called them and told them that we were coming back and bringing the soup with us.
When my husband gets there he's questioned "did the spill happen here or outside the restaurant" -- what does that matter? He tells them that it happened outside the restaurant due to a faulty lid being broken. They proceed to argue with him further and tell him that the manager said that they weren't going to give us a new one because it didn't happen there. He explained that the lid was broke and that they needed to fix it and they finally agreed. As he was reaching to get the new soup they sarcastically said "be careful with this one."
To make a long story short they were rude, sarcastic and just straight up unprofessional.
The food and portion sizes are not worth the prices or the rudeness.
The fact that they straight up argued with us over soup???? Crazy.
(Edit : just ate some of the soup. Most of the meat was fat and had a few vegetables. The fries were soggy and cold. The drinks were watered down. We definitely will not be...

I went to eat bymyself on a Friday evening and i only ordered 2 tacos , they just gave me one slice of lime for my 2 tacos so i asked for a bit more and they gave me 3 more slices , then i asked for more chips since they only gave me so little i even saw the girl pouring some chips back so i would need more , well they do this on purpose so you ask for more limes and chips , they charged me 1.50 (almost what 1 tacos cost) for those 3 slices of limes which it doesn't even make a whole lime and 1.00 for chips refill, my total was over 10 dollars for only 2 tacos 😒 no drinks and I'm surprised they didn't charge for water , they don't tell you and there is nowhere in the menu where it says they'll charge you for it , try to go to another place where they don't over charge for limes cause it's ridiculous charging 1.50 for 3 slices and a...
