Hermès — Local services in Princeton

I don’t normally write reviews but Hermes in Princeton really offers an exceptional shopping experience and if I could I would give much more than 5 stars (I really DO NOT understand some reviews 😏) I have been going to this store since the second day it opened ( by accident , since I live more than an hour away) so this review is long overdue… Since the first time I went in, I was ALWAYS treated extremely well by everyone, security, SAs, managers, store Director, the entire team is amazing 😍 The first person that I spoke with was Gretchen, (the Store Director) she welcomed me and my sister and told us that the major goal was trying to give us (clients) a personalized shopping experience, different from all the other stores, and boy was she right👌✨ Since then I have had the pleasure of going to the store several times, way more than a dozen times 🤭😅 and NEVER had a bad experience, always a great time , it’s like therapy for me, my favorite guilty pleasure 😅 Grace is my SA and she’s just wonderful! She’s kind, friendly, thoughtful , extremely knowledgeable of the brand and craftsmanship , it’s like spending time with a friend 🥰, just love her❤️ I always tell her that a lot of times she knows even before me what I really want and like😂 Thank you Hermes Princeton for always making me feel better and happier...

So I live in Princeton so I like to drive through Palmer Square Where this Hermes store is now open to the public When I say my first time going into this place, I didn’t get her name should have before I left white lady black security guard standing at the door but the white lady. She literally follow me around the store like I was going to steal something. There was so many different races. Of people in the store she racially profile me I didn’t notice at first, but I kept hearing footsteps behind me now remind you they’re so many people in the store that she could have been attended to My reason for going in the store because I was waiting to see how it looked and let me say it looks nice But she really needs to be fired immediately. Any store I go to for instance short hills mall. It has a hermes there too. And that’s a up class High end mall All that I can see, I forgive her, but she really needs to be fired immediately. She makes Palmer Square look bad. And we don’t need that type of behavior...

I recently visited the this boutique and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The space itself is elegant and welcoming, but what made the visit truly special was the service I received from Melissa. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Melissa answered all my questions with genuine interest, and made me feel both comfortable and valued — something that’s rare even in luxury retail. Thanks to her, I not only purchased what I was looking for, but left the store feeling inspired and uplifted. This was more than just shopping — it was a beautiful experience.
