Scalper pricing, and rude employees! My girlfriend and I have went in a couple times as we were at the mall to look around. I've recently gotten into collecting some Pokémon cards from my childhood. Was in the 4/1$ section and picked 12 or so cards to be informed that since they were in ETB sleeves that the cards were 1$ a piece after being in the 4/1$. All this while there was dirt in the "better sleeve" the cards were worth nothing but there were some that were Pokémon we both liked so we bought them but maybe organize those cards better so kids aren't getting scammed. One last thing that Terastal Fest ex Booster Box for 200$ is CRAZY WORK! EDIT ————— We were there literally last week and your Japanese box was marked for 200$ like I said and you need to clearly label the pricing. Make a sign or something. Pretty bad marketing if you ask me also I was sold 10 penny sleeved cards for 25¢ a pop sooooo either you don’t know what you’re talking about or your store clerk doesn’t maybe both. And if kids mess them up I don’t know maybe fix them or have them clearly labeled. Any way you look at it you guys are overpriced and rude I love supporting local small businesses but this is one I will no longer continue to support. It comes down to bad marketing and rude employees...
Read moreVery upset with my experience here at the Crossroads Mall location, and I will not be back. I called to get a Funko Pop held for a signing event with assurance they put my name on it, and I even gave them a time I would be there. I got there and went to the counter to pick up my Funko. The guy tells me they are store inventory and not for sale. I assured him I spoke to a woman at 10:15 AM and she put one back for me. He said they are not for sale as they are for the store and that they are getting them signed so they can mark them up to make a profit. I understand making a profit, but if I was told "no we don't have any for sale", I could have gotten something else to sign aside from a print. I felt pushed off and was like this is fine, no problem. The signer was charismatic and kind to everyone before me, but with me it was almost a quick "Hi and Bye!" as we spoke for a second, took a photo, and before I could even gather my items to talk to him for a moment longer, he already starts talking to the person behind me. I have gotten tons of memorabilia signed at countless conventions and never have I felt so dejected as I did today. I will not be back to these two stores ever, and I hope others do the same. Meet and greets are cool if you actually get to...
Read moreDon't buy tickets from these people. I bought tickets to see Kane. I got injured and had to have surgery which has restricted me from traveling. I messaged them explaining what happened and asked them to refunded the money. There was nothing stating the tickets was non refundable. I was told they don't the money, but yet their store charged my card. I am planning on filing a dispute regarding this. UPDATE: Because I printed everything out that showed nothing was stated the tickets were non refundable I was able to file a dispute and was refunded my money back. Despite what the owner said, I do have an uncle that also deals with this kind of shows with wrestlers and he said that they do indeed refund money back especially if it is for...
