I just want to start off by saying how rude this store’s associates are. I called for a quick 5 second question about an item and before I could complete my question I was cut off by the boy I was talking to because he “assumed” what my question was going to be. By the time he finished ranting about how dumb he thought I was. I asked if he would let me finish my question. He replied with a snarky attitude, “what did you need to know?” I asked my 2 second question he gave me a 3 second answer and that was the end of the conversation and I hung up once he finally gave me my answer. I LOVE THIS STORE!! I have never really been in those place but since I've recently purchased chickens I visit this place on a regular! Any question I have (which are a lo!) They have an answer for me and help me find the right stuff. They are kind, friendly, and always ready to jump into any project I'm working on to help me get everything I need. I do need to give recognition to Lance and Theresa. These 2 are Phenomenal at their job and I love going in there when they are working. Ordered a Bad boy mower from tractor supply ran it for 2 hours and it threw the drive belt. Went in to the store and they gave me a phone number which the lady kept saying that she couldn’t hear me and gave me a web sight which was a joke also it referred me to the bad boy web sight and went to find a dealer near you and it couldn’t did nothing it frustrating they want your money but no service after.
