Just went through the drive thru (Sept. 9th, 2020 @ 8 PM) and they are behind on orders which is fine but as I'm sitting there at the window I'm watching the employees eat ingredients, touching their mouths, pulling their masks down to do so and then proceed to handle people's food without washing or sanitizing. Super unsanitary and with COVID, a little unwise. Anyways, the guy at the window seemed to be older than all the highschoolers working the back so I mentioned to him my concerns, I wasn't rude with my tone just told him what I witnessed and he stated, "Nobody cares around here." He gave me a shrug and seeing the look on my face turned around and asked the workers if what I saw was true. The one kid says they are all eating gummy bears which is probably accurate but I know what I saw too and regardless of what they are eating they are still touching their mouths, face masks and not sanitizing. I get it we all drink and snack at work some but at least be smart about it and use proper avenues to do so, not bare hands and lacking of sanitizing methods. I digress. The guy turns back towards me and says, "I asked them and they said they didn't so..." at that point it doesn't matter what I say I'm just an obnoxious customer. He got abrasive with me when I responded that I just thought someone should know then asked me to pull forward and they will get my pepperoni and cheese pizza to me. Fast forward 10 min of waiting and watching multiple people get their orders that ordered after me, I walk into the store and pick up my order that had been sitting at the window already. Had I had more time before work I would have asked for my money back and gone someplace else. I will never go here again, with so many pizza options in the valley I'll gladly give up the convenience of a drive thru for better quality and...
Read more1 - I don’t know the last time I went in and got all the pizza we wanted even though all of it SHOULD be hot and ready from 4pm to 8pm. This isn’t time specific either. I have tested going at 4:30, 5, 5:30, 6, 6:30, 7, and 7:30 to see if there is a good time. The answer is an unequivocal no. I can’t say never, but them having hot and ready pizza happens so infrequently, it is equivalent to a unicorn siting. 2 - I learned very quickly that when they say, “Oh, we just sold the last one so it’ll be a 10-12 minute wait,” it actually translates to, “We are never prepared for some reason and I don’t know why so many people are such gluttons for punishment, but it will actually be a 30-40 minute wait and that’s being generous.” 3 - I wish I could say that ordering through the app is better, but regardless of what the time says, you better triple it.
Do I regret this past year, no, not completely, but you’ve taken this disgraceful service too far! So if you’re thinking about going here, go anywhere else, get a frozen pizza then take it home and cook it, regardless your choice, I can practically guarantee that you will be eating in a shorter...
Read moreI work in fast food, I know it can be hard sometimes to be in a good mood working with customer service. I really don't need to hear you sigh through the drive through speaker after every item I order. I certainly don't need to be charged for 2 extra items, that even before she fixed my order, they didn't bring out to me with my order; so I am left to assume they were trying to jip me out of my money. The only reason I'm writing this is because as I was trying to make their day better by being in a good mood with a good attitude toward them; when I said, "Thank you so much!" I didn't want to hear: "mmhhmm" come from you. I'm only giving two (2) stars because the manager did everything in her power to get the price fixed. I shouldn't have to come into the store during an epidemic to fix something that shouldn't have happened in the first place by people with the worst customer service I have ever seen.I
Edit: I waited over 2 weeks for the refund of my incorrect items on my incorrect order, never came in....
