Dutchess Cannabis — Local services in Proviso Township

This company has several locations I've been to all except one. But the standard and excellence that makes Dutchess awesome was not upheld at this particular location. This is the ONLY location who hasn't been welcoming,helpful, knowledgeable or makes you feel like you made the right choice in choosing their dispensary with all the other options that are offered for both recreational or medical. It wasn't a bad experience but it definitely WAS NOT a good one either! The prices are not as good as their other locations (minus the depot) and the budtenders were Not welcoming nor did they make any suggestions. At least that was the experience I received my first time there which was their grand opening where it was by far THE WORSE grand opening I've been to. Disorganized, not welcoming, people everywhere and when i say "people" I mean investors, friends and family not customers. We were honestly treated like an after thought instead of the first set of offical customers that we were. We haven't been back since. My bff and I were next to each other making our transactions but had two TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES one slightly worse than the other. Even walking out we asked a question about the grand opening and got treated as if we were a bother and then dismissed. It was very awkward. Do yourself and your budget a favor and just go to Dutchess in oak park or Morton Grove. The staff at both locations are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. You'll have SUCH A BETTER EXPERIENCE! * update* I saw the updated reviews and decided to give them another shot (over the phone) and again not a great experience. The young lady i spoke to wasn't helpful, I felt like I was a bother and it was a question about pricing on the website. I ended up going to their other location in Markham and it was AMAZING! very very welcoming, great selection awesome prices and very friendly people! Which is very disappointing because I love Dutchess, I would love to have almost the same experience or at least the same energy when I go to A Dutchess dispensary including this one...

Upon arrival I walked in and the vibe was that of warmness. There was a certain level of comfort that the beautifully chosen wallpapers brought to me. And then when I walked in further I was greeted by Holly! She was super inviting and started off asking questions and giving us some background of the shop. Tenisha and Earl are truly the reason I come to this location. Yuri was also a joy today it was my first time meeting her and she was amazing. If you need good recommendations ask Earl he gonna get you right every time. Tanisha going to ensure that you have all the right product with a beautiful smile on her face.
